Italian Ship 👏💪🔥
A destroyer in version FULL,
Damm the italian navy look soo good inside out.
Is a destroyer in version full ,
@@valerianocuomo996 but i think a patrol vessel, really high armed patrol vessel!
BRP Antonio Luna 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Thank you Naval news on featuring the BRP Antonio Luna. We in the Philippines waiting for the additional armaments like sa VLS and CIWS for the Jose Rizal Class Frigates, and also waiting for the upcoming Corvettes, Landbing Flatform dock, and OPVs
What a great looking bridge on the Italian ship.
I hope the jose rizal and antonio luna frigates will get their additional armaments soon, especially the VLS and the CIWS.
Don't lose hope my friend us long as el we choose the the right leaders to leads our country especially those our law makers that has Truth there outh to serve the country not their pockets
And that our government will continue to add more units consistently without too much delay, enough to become capable of defending our territories and hopefully gain more respect from our neighbor countries.
The VLS and CIWS appears to be a part of the H3.
It better happen sooner than later, China realizes they have a huge advantage now and for the next decade, the west including the USA don't have enough ship yards to catch up, the USA is only building 2 destroyers a year and 4-5 years to build an aircraft carrier. If nations were as concerned about China as they should be and claim, one would think we would build more ship yards and navies would stop building ships so lightly armed.
wag lang sana maupo kagaya nung pinaalis si apong lakay.... pinabaayan lahat ng magagandang proyekto pati na ang gamit ng mga militar
Thank you Xavier ...for giving Phil navy oppurtunity to showcase thier brand new .Frigates ..2 more brand new frigates are coming this will be the most lethal ship of Phil navy and 6 brand new opv ..until 2027
Good on you Xavier for giving us all an inside view as best as permissible from these various navies mate, regards from Australia.
Tell your government to upgrade your ships into the mid 21st century instead of being stuck in the 1980s. The Japanese and Italians have computerization and digitization that can easily be accessed on the screens, while you guys are still playing with knobs and dials from the 1980s. Where's the forward thinking? My word...
Brp Antonio Luna 🇵🇭🔥🔥🔥
The colors for the interior walls and floor of the BRP Antonio Luna are the same as ROK Navy ships. As a former ROK Navy sailor, seeing that video bought back old shipboard memories.
All because brp antonio luna (and brp jose rizal and more coming) was made in ROK. It's a replica so to speak . ROK,as well as Japan,is literally "arming" their poor ally, the Philippines against the bully giant neighbor
That's a beautiful ship
Damn that Italian ship 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Why curse the ship ?
Naah il put my money on that pilipinese ship. Looks like a mini Arleigh burke destroyer
@@philipchan79 curse? 😂 😂
@@christianjunhoffman9142 even the Philippine Navy knows that those Italian OPVs were more capable than their frigate.
@@paulsteaven doesn't matter how futuristic or alien type their ship but the fact that its small. 1 missle can sunk that thing
As ever first class ,thank you Xavier .
I❤ITALY!!!!
THANK YOU LORD FOR PPA ITS MOROSINI!!!
Welcome to Manila!!!
Thanks, mate.
Hope you come to our shores in Palawan. Moved here to get away from all the hustle in city. Living a simpler life after my wife and my son passed away. Still going through the "rite of passage" being a manila born and raised male . Things are gonna get rough as we are in the last days. GOD IS GOOD to have Aussies giving us the feelers of comaradarie. 😂CHEERS!
Fun stuff. Great to see different navies working in peace together.
Those armaments of the australian frigate looks sick. Those quad anti ship missile could pack a punch. Also that italian frigate is uniquely design. beautiful underrated ships in this video 🤩.
No, they don't , at all. They look antiquated. The Japanese and Italians look futuristic and forward thinking with a highly advanced networked system. The Australians look laughable, at best. My word.
They are very lightly armed actually
Is the versione ligth, ITALIAN PPA HA 3 VERSION ,PPA FULL, IS A VERY MONSTER,OPV,BUT IS MOST A DESTROYER: CANNON 127 60 COMPAT SUPER RAPID, VULCANO, ARTIGLIERIA WITH 120KM RANGE!! WITH GPS ,A RANGE IDENTIC TO A MISSIL ,BUT ONLY 8000EURO, NOT 1 MILION 😅, OTHER 2 76 60 SUPER RAPID EVER WITH VULCANO, ALL THE MOST GREAT NAVY THEY HAVE VULCANO, GPS 100KM ,A FIRE OF SATURATION WITH 20 VULCANO and 5second after a missil aster...the battle is terminated. Has 32cell ,8missils antiships and target interland ,but 380km of range! A small cruise, silur s ,2 CIWS, and 2 helicopter anti submarine...the ligth plus has 18 cell ,full 32, only they is tha differents, but they have all the capability and opzions full ,in war ,all full😅
it belongs to her majesty, not to the Australian!!!
@@Ezekiel903 It's all paid by the Australian government, how does that not make it Australian?...😶😶😶😶
Seeing warships from nations with divergent interests together in Singapore and hearing the officers being so diplomatic gives me hope for peace in the South China Sea
Beautiful video really Xavier more of these pls in the future and all the warships were good but for me the best the Italian one kind of frigate like a Ferrari or Lamburgini in a warships world....
Awesome vid👍it’s interesting see future naval surface warships are becoming, oldest been Toowoomba it’s unfortunately there wasn’t more VLS added but harpoon will replace with NSM. Great views of strangest warship Morosini👍
I❤ AUSTRALIA!!!!
THANK YOU LORD FOR HMAS TOOWOOMBA! GOD BLESS AUSTRALIA 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Welocome to Manila!!!
Great Video, Xavier!
Thank you very much!
Italian ship More high tech
Australia screwed up they should have gone with the FREMM multipurpose frigate, like the new Constellation class frigate for the US Navy, proven ship, low risk, and heavily armed
Short but sweet showcase for our 🇵🇭 ship. Not mentioned were the TRS 3D radar, torpedo launchers, and the Mistral missiles. If only the Wildcat was embarked it could’ve been showcased too. Can’t wait to see the final specs of the upcoming corvettes as well. Steel cutting should be any day now this month.
Stay tuned. We will soon publish a longer version of the video, dedicated to BRP Antonio Luna.
You are the best, Xavier! I hope someday you can cover ADAS in the 🇵🇭
Italian Design are beautiful and now Indonesia Will own this PPA ship ❤❤❤
big fan here ..keep it up
Wonderful video again Mr.Xavier, that's why I'm always waiting for your video always. Thanks for featuring our ship brp.Antonio Luna!
Beautiful ships featured here. Sure wish that the Philippine Navy and Coast Guard can someday have their ships built domestically in the Philippines. The transfer of the technology and the building of local shipyards (and the hiring of Filipino shipyard workers) should be one of the conditions stipulated in any contract with foreign shipbuilders. It would be nice to see Hyundai and Daewoo open up ship design, construction, repair, and maintenance facilities in the Philippines. That would really help the local economy!!
GREAT 👍
Top quality interviews as always - thank you Xavier.
I❤JAPAN!
THANK YOU LORD FOR FFM JS KUMANO!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Welcome to Manila!
I hope soon u can have a tour in hdc-3100 and the new upcoming opv's of ph navy
Allied navy! Wonderful the NATO of the Asiatic alliance. Welcome boys! God be with you.
5:18 wow aircraft bridge, nice find today
3:55 really cool turret. I remember that's 40mm but the captain said it's 3in, so the 76mm has a better turret.
11:49 how about PhN acquire 4 Seabreakers/NSMs, then place all 4 Haesungs into a quad launcher, so 4 passive homing + 4 active homing radar
11:38 coastguard is planning on 30mm, how about PhN transfer smash, then a perfect excuse to replace it with 40mm, or Oerlikon 35mm if ciws end up as Gökdeniz
8:35 ships really become prettier when mainmast is at midship
1:39 next drill, Zumwalt escorted by multiple mogamis
3:55 OTO-Melara Leonardo 76/62 “Sovraponte”
El clase Mogami es hermosísimo. ❤
Ayos ah kasali na tayo hehe
Mindsweeping, Mind 💞 warfare ❤❤
lovely ship Japan
Thanx naval news for visiting Philippines new frigate
Other countries are putting 5" guns on their corvettes and offshore patrol vessels and the US Navy is putting a 57mm pea shooter on their new 500-foot-long frigates. And don't even get me started on the 32 VLS cells on a ship that is essentially the same size as the Flight 1 Arleigh Burke DDGs are.
It's the most heavily armed frigate in the world. The 57mm is better for anti air, most frigates have a half dozen single VLS. You forgot about the 16 anti-ship missle launchers and they cost way less than a destroyer too.
@@corey8420 57mm being better for anti-air is questionable. 57mm puts slightly more weight of ammo in air for unit of time, but 76mm has longer range, so it starts firing first, and it's likely to intercept farther from the ship.
Ang linaw sumagot ni capt. Domingo former capt of BRP gregorio del pilar😊
Why they are nice People
I am grateful to be able to see PHNAVY ships in the same Asia. Something like a "cockpit" on the bridge of an ITNAVY patrol ship. Over there, the officer on the left is the pilot, and the officer on the right is communications and weapons (WSO)? Do you only use it in combat? At 5:20 you can see the normal "rudder", so is it simply that the "CIC" "navigator" and "gunner" will be integrated into the bridge and operated by two people? I don't really understand, if anyone knows, please let me know.
On this channel you can see the complete video of the ship Francesco Morosini. It is explained better.

🇲🇲🇲🇲🇲🇲🇲🇲🇲🇲🇲🇲
Toowoomba and Antonio Luna look outdated as hell, my word. While the Italian and Japanese ships have the screens and computerization and foward thinking in their cockpit design, the Aussies and Filipinos are still playing with dials and knobs. My word.😂😂😂😂
So true! Italian and Japanese look so sexy and modern
Just to be fair: Toowoomba actually has the most modern radar suite of all the ships featured in the video. She's the only one with a full fixed-face triple-band AESA suite: L-band long range search, S-band medium range search and fire-control target track, X-band missile illuminators.
Old-style hull and aesthetics, but the two rounds of modernizations have given the ANZACs very modern AESA radars.
@@xenoaltrax485 The Japanese destroyers all have the Aegis combat suite, which are the most advanced in the world, as they track multiple targets from multiple planes, at once. Stop with the delusion. It's embarrassing, even for you Aussies, who infinitely run your mouths. Just stop.
I hope the new Moonships are more heavily armed to counter the extraterrestrial combatants on the moon and Mars basses. God bless y'all especially the Mars-Germans ❤❤

O navio japonês é impressionante, mais eu não entendi quase nada do inglês do oficial japonês 😅😂

Very informative vid, marred by the most unenthusiastic interviewer I've ever seen! Mon deau!
💪 🇨🇵 👍
Brp antonio luna dont have proper close in weapon system it has only Simbad short range anti air missile, not like the italian and other foriegn ship that have rapid firing anti air guns, like goal keeper and palanx
But is a destroyer most of a ovp
@@valerianocuomo996 lol, china dont have ovp, thier smallest surface navy ships are corvettes and its fully armed for 3 dimentional warfare
Why do so many nations build such lightly armed ship? The UK does it for all their ships as do most EU nations. Few if any CIWS, no MK 41 VLS, just a few single missle tubes, an EU ship with 20 air to air missiles is heavily armed..just look at how many Ground to Air missles Ukraine shot at that last Russian attack (dozens) why would it be any different in a sea battle?
Because it’s not wartime so we don’t need powerful ship yet and once war comes shipyards will be producing ships more heavily armed than Cold War era stuff
Konti ang armas ng barko ng Navy sa ngayun
Fluent talag pinoy sa English
all those war ship are far behind compare to Phil navy war ship
Far behind in which department?
The Japanese and Australian vessels are defitnely more capable.
The italian ship is mainly for offshore patrol but is configurable to take on frigate missions if need be.
There are other ships not shown in the video that were present for the event that are more capable as well.
Maybe you meant the other way around? The Antonio Luna only has 4 AShpM and Mistrals SHORAD missiles, Compared to the other ships that has 8 ASMs, CIWS and longer range air defense missiles.
Wait what?. The Philippines have a navy?. Since when? 😂
Lol nationalist pinay, an patrol ship bought from korean absurd quality🤣🤣🤣
🇨🇳👎
Had the privilege of taking part in Ex Imdex and Carat in 2005/2006. MSS 7 guys are some of the best RHIB operators and it was a privilege to have had trained with them. Hooyah!
That pilipians ship looks very capable.
It is designed to be but underarmed as of the moment. Its vulnerability is in layered defense no SAM VLS only SHORAD and CIWS also lessened effectivenes as of the moment too when it comes to ASW as the towed arrayed sonar remains to be acquired the ship currently relies on its hull mounted sonar for ASW. The ship has one of the latest ASW helicopter but not full operational with the ship the required learning/trainings remained to be finished.
@@julianbonues3495 design to be underarmed? What a bommer. I think koreans scammed you guys. Should have purchased from japan
Capable as patrol ship lol
@@christianjunhoffman9142 Your asking me what? i didnt said its designed to be underarmed its how you read and comprehend. I follow on your comment with proper context you said it looks capable i said its designed to be (as it really is for a small cheap ship ) but underarmed (as of now) the weapon systems is incomplete.
Most CAPABILITY the Filippine Colf,,with shaboo, they job at 100kmh ...good the shaboo, i kamikaze of Japan in ww2, sake ahahah, they use the shaboo, metanfethamin for not have fear
