The German version, Meko 100, is more like a well armed offshore patrol craft. Basically, they buy the hull; the Israelis put their own weapons and electronics on these ships.
That thing is festooned with capability, I like how they went full vertical integration and eschewed any joint weapons developments, can't trust anyone to come through with the goods these days, all in-house solutions baby.
I hope the Philippines will acquire this kind of ship and others in horizon 3..Israel is already proven and tested in actual wars. A proven solution for naval requirement.

its a littoral defense ship, it is not meant to engage enemy too far away from the coast. it is meant as vanguard against hostile navy and landing parties
