I’m a Nara fan and did my own personal searching and I do think she drew inspo from Onezwa. I believe she had her videos saved and any recipe she dropped Nara remixed them then profited. Nara Smith even changed her vocal style in a style similar to Onezwa’s. I’ve heard of something called narcissistic mirroring. This looks a lot like that to me. Many say, “ it doesn’t matter who did it first. It’s about who did it better.” Nara knows that. I think both women should continue creating content. I also think Nara could have simply shouted Onezwa out or tagged her.
10:12 a cease and desist is not a legal court order. It’s a notice to say if you don’t do this then I will pursue with legal action.
In order for Nara to sue Onezwa she (Nara) would have to retain a south african lawyer to file the defamation suit on her behalf and if the case goes to court they would probably do a zoom trial or something like that.

Let her take legal actions. She shot herself in the foot when she said that she didn't know her, but left her a message. She is saying that she's going to sue cause she's the bigger content creator, she knows that Onezwa can't afford it. So it's easier for her to take down her allegations than to fight. People around Onezwa WARNED her about making these videos about Nara, but she didn’t listen and now it’s backfiring on her.

If anything Nara should change her videos! Onezwa is making content based off off the way she LIVES. It’s authentic. She actually GROWS the stuff she uses.
Nara’s content seems very much like an act. Like she choose this persona. Nara has the means to do anything with her content. She’s a model for Christ sake. If she isn’t taking her ideas it should be easy for her to change it up right? If she has her own talent in order to come up with new stuff.
Nara started off as a trad wife. She didn’t fight with those ww when they told her she wasn’t trad because she had nannies but whatever.

I’m pretty sure that there are white women from any country that makes boba tea from scratch, but she had smoke for Nara Smith.
@@bougiepeaches5497 You’re the one who said Onezwa could just do different content. I’m was pointing out that Onezwa seems to be doing this content because it’s already apart of her daily life and she just decided to start posting it.
They can both do whatever they want, I just feel like Nara could have given Onezwa credit where credit is due. Just like when black dancers on TikTok weren’t getting credit for the dances they created and the girls like Addison Rae and Charlie were using the dances and being credited with creating them. Everyone was up in arms about it, but when it comes to this it seems no one cares or they think it’s stupid or that Onezwa is lying.
Clearly Nara knows who Onezwa is since she literally commented on one of her videos that she is an inspiration to her. I just don’t understand why she can’t just come out and say yea Onezwa has some good ideas and I like to recreate them. It’s not that hard.
The ASMR community comes up with new video ideas all the time and the creators always give credit to whoever came up with it first. It’s not like you would lose followers or whatever if anything you would probably gain more because people would see you as someone who gives people their flowers. People respect that type of stuff.
She can't read the room, go to SA and try this foolishness there. SMH
