Just listened to a reddit story where a woman begged for her boyfriend of 30 years to marry her for 25 years. Then after he was forced into retirement and saw she was losing interest, he decided to try and give her a shut up ring. They had 4 kids together, she didn't work the entire 30 years and was a SAHM.
She was annoyed that it took 25 years of begging so she said no and he retracted the engagement.
Everything fell apart and he proceeded to evict her. She couldn't even get a job at a gas station.
I tell this story to say either get out before you have them kids, or get out when they're young and you can get child support. It is absolutely detrimental to have kids with a man who doesn't want to marry you!!! Marriage is NOT just a peice of paper.
Honey these women won’t listen! They will brag about common law paperwork - ( which what man that doesn’t want to love the government in his business, is suddenly going to go out of his way to fill out paperwork to establish common law??), they will claim they’ve known the men for whatever amount of years , they will claim he won’t leave them alone( all while cheating and being disrespectful the whole time) and they will give any kids born the man’s last name, to make it seem as if the man wanted her so badly, because he simply claimed kids he got her pregnant with. Etc etc etc etc.
I’ve learned many women are just competitive and are as egotistical as the type of men they chase.
I’ve heard of women keeping men around because he tells her her values her more than other women, because she has a “low body count”, etc it’s just so much. My point is that some women don’t care- they just don’t. Whatever it takes to show they have a man or a man put some type of effort into them, that’s all that matters.

It took me 1 child and 9 years. I’m not begging no man to marry me. I’m 1 month into my apartment with our almost 2 year old daughter, leaving him behind in the house I helped him purchase. Once he told me if I didn’t want to wait for him to marry him then I could marry someone else and after him calling me a hoeee just one time too much I said naw ✌️

He is ok with woman cooking, cleaning his draws, even baring his children but he still wants the option to be considered single and available. She just won't have the same option. These ladies just don't have any self esteem too busy worrying about proposing to a man when they should be worrying about whether he is meeting their standards and if he is worth being a husband or father at all. You are a woman and your body is a divine vessel that carries life, you absolutely do not have to beg ANY man to marry you at all.
Women get caught up in the whole taking pictures , sometimes family pictures of kids are involved- and trying to be as emeshed with the boyfriends as possible- that they will spend years of their life literally chasing a man.

So many women are missing out on their true partner, because they refuse to learn the lesson of self love by way of a time wasting partner. A lot of us experience a partner that wasted our time and would have continued to if we didn’t love ourselves and leave. They are staying in the loop, investing more and more time. This is sad, they love these men more than themselves and their children. He will marry her when he gets old and undesirable and needs a caregiver.

My boyfriend of 9 months started to joke around my ring size, out wedding etc. I just know he will propose eventually, I’m not even worried, he reassures me every time and it’s so refreshing to feel.
The time frame for me is a proposal with 1 year and 2 years MAX.
Marriage is so important as an institution and prenup are there for a reason, to protect both parties.
