You're tripping. 1.5 is just for abilities. It's 3 secs on autos and that's plenty long. It also has no CD so you can effectively keep it at the 3 secs as long as you keep hitting. It certainly does NOT need a buff.
@evolition7 not sure how that makes a difference. Besides, buffing those items would make mewtwo better as he is really good at using those items to spread the anti heal due to its basics being absurd. So it would just make those mons even more oppressive lol. So again, they don't need buffs.
