Dry ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp coffee powder (optional)
Wet ingredients
1 large egg
1/3 cup plain sour cream
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup chocolate chips
Yields: 6 muffin
Bake at pre heated oven. Down heat, fan on.
425F for 6 minutes and down the heat to 350F bake in 18 minutes.
