You shouldnt be using the words hearing impaired its outdated and offensive like saying "deaf and dumb" also if this is aimed at Deaf people why are they talking with a mask on and no subtitles?
Perhaps you shouldn't be using the 'All deaf use sign language' or all deaf are cultural'? Deaf people were the first to use identifiers for themselves, but they cannot tell others how THEY must identify. And their own capital 'D' is NOT universally accepted either.

@@katfoster845 The 'Deaf' make themselves inaccessible by limiting access to others, this pushes their demands for singular support by suggesting that is the sole means they have to follow anything. Little is true as most deaf can read and write and can post lengthy responses online in text/English. Many have useful speech as well. These deaf are excellent self advocates but prone to misleading people by default. 'Deaf and HI' becomes 'Deaf' hearing loss becomes 'Deaf' every time they quote the terms, so all deaf sign follows, all deaf live in a community follows, it is a calculated and determined effort for self independence, thus proving you can fool most of the people most of the time. However it comes from deaf activism and vested interests making money selling sign language, NOT from grass roots. Just creates jobs for the deaf boys and gals.
