Hi PlantLover420! I am EXTREMELY lactose intolerant, but I ALWAYS have Lactaid or any lactase supplement on hand. I keep some in my purse at all times! "You can enjoy dairy again!" is the slogan, I believe. I use it EVERY time I have any dairy whatsoever. Smile. And for milk, you can buy lactose-free milk, They don't have lactose-free half and half or heavy cream, however. Enjoy.
