The green represents the type of sterile clothing surgeons wear or someone in a biohazard area and the white is just typical medical colour because you can clearly see debris and dirt on it. All together it looks AWESOME and one of the reason i ONLY use med armour. Also, being invincible is cool i guess...

The dark green med armors look great, absolutely despise the newer medic armors (butcher and clinician).. the bright cyan just looks so awful
