I can’t remember if you mentioned this in your video but inhibitions can leave your mind when someone drinks. They develop a very short fuse when drunk. It is really best for both men and woman to be at peace with themselves because if they are not they will not be at peace with their partner. It is best to not be an angry person and instead to look at ones self in the mirror and be happy with what they see, great full for what life has given them and proud of their accomplishments. Life is good.

One of these ways can be called ‘attacking’ which means controlling someone else through fear. This behaviour gives them a sense of power for a moment to feel better from their pain. The other behaviours are lying, acting like a victim, running, and clinging. These behaviours can become habits and addictions. This pretty much explains all human behaviour. Very concise!
