2022 I'm 63 and crying again... Muhammad Ali was such a fantastic man,boxer but most important,his spirit lives indeed in many many hearts, including mine .
At age 11 my dad (2018 r.i.p) woke me up around 4.00am in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, to see the fight between Muhammad and Joe Frazier. 52 years later i still love this great man ❤️

It was one of the most heartfelt services I have seen for someone who didn't serve in the millitary. Even though he didn't serve in the military he still had a hero and soldier homegoing because he was a SOLDIER OF LIFE and there is no greater soldier than that. May he R.I.P. as his family preserves his legacy.

What a man,what an incredible human being,so inspiring,so caring and so loving,if I were to be half the man that he was I would consider myself blessed.

He took one quart of laughter,
One pinch of concern.
And then, he mixed willingness with happiness.
He added lots of faith,
And he stirred it up well.
Then he spread it over a span of a lifetime,
And he served it to each and every deserving person he met
He was truly an inspiration
Muhammad Ali came here to be in compliance with his soul and he divinely achieved just that. A real saint.

I'm in 2021 and just now realizing there was a memorial this big for him... i'm sad i was not paying attention this long.
Believe it or not Muhammad Ali was the most recognizable figure in the world. The tid bit about Mother Theresa was overwhelming. He was more popular than the Pope, he attained the release of hostages in the mid east. Payed for servicemen to watch him fight in Germany. He was such the humanitarian.

He fought his wars in the ring and outside. He had to fight against racism , inequality and injustice . He never killed anyone in the name of religion. Truly a great man
here is a funny story -a police officer gave Ali a speeding ticket for $50 -Ali said well i will write you a check and pay for it now rather then mail it in so Ali wrote the check for $100 -the police officer told Ali that the ticket was only $50 -Ali joked and i said i know it is but i have to come back this way-LOL
