- Walking through the Downtown area in Silverton Oregon. This city is about 14 miles from Downtown Salem and 40 miles from Downtown Portland if you travel using the most direct route. Silverton had a population of 10,643 in 2018.
In this downtown area you will find a theatre and various shops and restaurants. The Silver Creek runs through the city as you see right in the beginning of the video where there are balconies hanging over it.
The South Silver Falls State Park is about 16 miles southeast. The "Oregon Garden" is about a mile south from where this video begins.
Taken on July 1st during Phase 2 reopening of Marion County due to the virus.

I was a transplant from SoCal in 2016, and lived in Silverton for 2 blessed years before moving back to SoCal. Living in Silverton was bliss for me. LOL LOL OKKKKKAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY but it's the gateway to silver falls state park home of the oregon gardens. but gosh darn it, red bricks just turn you off LOL sorry I just found this post funny.
