Community digital literacy event on Artificial Intelligence

The Smart City PDX program and the Office of Equity and Human Rights are opening a space for collective conversation and collaboration, where experts and community members can work together and contribute to the greater social good in Portland.
Artificial intelligence is appearing in the news often and most of the people do not understand what this technology is. The goal of this session is to provide information about basic concepts of artificial intelligence and how the City of Portland is working on strategies to create safeguards and assure equitable benefits to all Portlanders.
You won’t need any understanding of technology to this introductory session. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions live. Portlanders can ask questions in advanced by sending an email to [e-mail] or using the registration form to this event.
