My cat got her leg crushed in an accident. She walked all the way home, my mom found her her leg was bleeding and she was meowing very loudly. My mom took her to the vet and now she is a happy content 3 legged cat.
Thank you, to every vet in the WORLD! Because they inspire me to go back to school and finish my Grade 12, then I'm going to do my Bachelors in Science. All this to become a vet! Even if I can open up a small vet clinic in my small town would be a great help to all the animals in town! I've had about 3 pets die in my lifetime because we couldn't take them to the vet which is 2-3 hours away, sometimes animals can't hold on that long and sometimes their owners can't afford going out of town. There is so much mean spirited ppl who harm these beautiful creatures, and so many that have health conditions. To save as much people from hurt like mine from losing a pet, that's all I would want. It's not just about the animals, the owners have a heart and feelings as well!
Dear Wretched, Good luck with your schooling to become a vet, you'll be a wonderful veterinarian as well you have the heart and compassion for it!! You not only understand the animals but the people as well; and that is what makes for a wonderful vet. May God bless you on your endeavor. Most of all, don't lose your enthusiasm, your understanding of the animals as well as their owners, and just keep loving what you're doing. God bless you. Colleen H.
I had a Collie just like Baxter when I was a little girl who was hit by a car and recovered. Animals are far more resilient than humans. I confess, I would never have let Baxter go. Such a beautiful, kind, brave dig.
Blackie's owners made me cry. They're Greek and made me think of my yaya, my granny, and her beloved cats. When I saw the platters of spanakopita and pastitsio I knew that cat was loved. Greek grannies don't break out the good stuff lightly. Hearing her speak to the cat in Greek made me think of my yaya so much, I miss her. I'm so glad Blackie made it and is back home with his family.
It's sad to see animals suffer because of heartless humans. Blackie was kicked from behind so hard he ended up losing a leg and poor Baxter went years with a broken leg yet was the sweetest boy. The Vets are so good aat what they do and will do whatever necessary to make their patients feel better. Love Bondi Vet. 🙂❤️
Bless the owners of Blackie for getting him surgery and not putting him down because of the expense. So happy for the beautiful sweet collie. I hope he gets a wonderful home. ❤
It is so good to see young men so totally in love with their animals and not at all ashamed of the vulnerability they feel when their loved ones are in pain.
Glad Blakie overcame his leg issues! I remember Bluebell, who had to be put down, due to a broken spine, resulting in paralysis of both rear legs and tail.
I've had reconstructive orthopedic surgery on a broken hip (snow and ice+marble flooring), so I really feel for Blackie. The poor thing has lost his other hind leg, too. 😭😭😭
I would definitely adopt him in a heartbeat if I had a way to get to him or for him to get to me cuz I would love him all the way and spoil him with a lot of things God bless him for the strength and the courage that he went through amen
My heart breaks for Blackie. That severely dislocated leg looked HORRIBLE. The fact he somehow made it home with both back legs badly injured, oof... Must be a super kitty or something. People can be so cruel to cats, especially black cats, and he's such a sweetie! I am weak for black cats, and he even looks like my own little void kitty. Also all the more reason to keep your cats strictly indoors at all times.
Whoever thought that would be "ok" to do to that cat needs it done to them. If it was a person the "person" wouldn't have got away with it. How dare anyone ever hurt a defenseless animal. Those types of "people" make me sick! 😠 God bless Blacky and praying!!

We have a cat that was born from a stray we rescued. We got her named her Coco and didn't know she was pregnant til she was in the middle of birth. One was born with three legs. He's the strongest and fast cat we've ever had or seen. His name is Stumpy, (also called tripod, and yard stick (three feet)) He's now six, maybe seven, years old. We also think he has mental troubles, cause while he grew he was always a week or two behind this 5 siblings. Eating, learning to play, walking (obviously), but there wasnt and attempt at anything until he was encouraged to. We would but a small object under him to hellp him learn how stand and went from there.
SIMILAR SITUATION: My 6-7yr partially outdoor LH Domestic "Mizz Kitty", had a severely dislocated RH leg/broken ball joint with extreme tearing of ligaments, limp tail AND severe broken FL shoulder. She now has a perminant (supposedly painless) false RH ball joint, made up of muscles and an artificial ball itself. I couldn't afford her more costly shoulder surgery, my Vet said 50/50 on wither it will heal itself. She walks around better now, but will ALWAYS have a bad limp and loss of full flexation....ie running/jumping more than a foot or so, isn't probably ever going to happen. Her tail function went back to normal within a week or two. In the beginning her toes curled over as well, the leg (and her tail) were limp...couldn't support weight and/or move-feel her toes. Simply no response at all. Thankfully she was able to independantly use her litter box from the start, after the severe shock from the attack and her heavy surgery drugs wore off. I've been doing PT 2x daily for 8-10 mins since, this happened just over 1.5-2 months ago. It was a Bobcat attack, my neighbor caught it on his game camera. Basically what i've discovered is that the more Mizz Kitty is allowed to roam on her own (not ONLY over a flat area)...the better her leg movement and coordination gets. However for the first month or just over, she was confined to a very large dog crate to heal until her drain, stitches + staples were all removed. She also had a severe infection during that time in her shoulder. It took a culture and three seperate types of antibiotics (not all at once), to get her through it...the first two weren't working. Her "cone of shame" was on the entire time, to protect the area from her licking and aggrivating it further. Supposedly her LF broken shoulder is far worse than her RH leg, but imo it's healing the fastest on its own. The 5x daily hot compresses (for 10-15 minutes) definitly help, she loves them..after this long i've finally backed them down to 3x daily. After 1.5 months or so, she was able to use a ground level scratching post again without issue. I still have her on gabapentin 2x daily for her PT sessions, but it isn't a super heavy dosage. I'm hoping to be done with it completely in 2 weeks or so. It is not easy to administer and my cat hates it/me afterwards. BACKGROUND: Former Garage/Outdoor kitty but locked in at night...now strictly 110% indoors. Sweetest cat ever to humans, to me at least...hides from most new people at first. Absolutely adores my/her GSD K-9 big Sister, but was deadly to racoons--possoms--rodents and birds. She has a super long coat like a Mainecoon, but a tiny face and tiny (super sleek-light) body. Biscuit maker extrordinairre, head budder, drooler/gives kisses and a lil' back-talker and shadow. The hardest part now, will be keeping her from doing all the things she shouldn't....which is far better than the alternative. 😊 It's a MIRACLE she made it home alive (yet alone on three legs) after what she went through. Good luck to this little kitty in your video, there is light at the end of the tunnel! ❤ One day at a time.

As a pet owner of three elderly dogs I don't think we do enough to prosecute those responsible for hurting animals. Also, with feral cats why can't we "fix" them and release them. They actually keep the mice and rat population down. My animals are the only family I have, I would go to extremes to find someone that hurt them.
A lot of areas do a trap, fix, and release program for colonies of feral cats. Check with your local SPCA or humane society. They may be already doing this and may be able to help you out.
I would definitely adopted Baxter he is beautiful and I love his look he's an angel from heaven I would definitely adopt him but I have no money to adopt an animal to keep me insane I'm a lonely man I'm 48 years old and I would love to have a dog to keep me happy and I would make him happy all the time thank you
You might be able to have a rescue dog, and often older dogs are harder for shelters to get homes for. You might try volunteering time to a local shelter, where you can walk and play with the dogs and make friends with others who love them.🖤🇨🇦
Isn't Kintash the kittens owner the guy on bgt that CAUSE a huge commotion because he said he didn't get enough time like other contestants did and through the mic. On the floor so I guess he change from singing to acting
I'm sorry he was hurt and not taken care of by previous owners. Such bad people like that make me so angry. If you own a pet love them and take care if them.
What happened to blacky is infuriating. How could someone be so cruel and kick the poor cat, causing severe damage to his back legs?! Whoever did that ought to be charged with animal cruelty and punished accordingly. Blacky was such a tough cat to drag himself back home. He was lucky not to be euthanized. If a cat came to a veterinary clinic here in the US in that condition, the vet would immediately recommend euthanasia. While euthanasia would be the kinder thing to do, it’s always worth trying to give animals a chance to live a somewhat normal life
The fact someone probably kicked blacky simply for a laugh or to show off really makes my blood boil! no animal deserves to be treated that way. The person responsible will get their karma and I hope it is worse than what they did to Blacky.
No need to look for a forever home for Baxter it looks like he has one . Why cant Courtney and Darcy keep him it seems to me that Darcy will be devastated when he gets taken away
@@pamellarussell2072 Unfortunately some humans have no problem in hurting an animal I myself couldn't do that it's not in my nature . I would definitely adopted Baxter he is beautiful and I love his look he's an angel from heaven I would definitely adopt him but I have no money to adopt an animal to keep me insane I'm a lonely man I'm 48 years old and I would love to have a dog to keep me happy and I would make him happy all the time thank you
What a wonderful dog 🐕. Collies are sweet loving 🥰. I have had severa
You might be able to have a rescue dog, and often older dogs are harder for shelters to get homes for. You might try volunteering time to a local shelter, where you can walk and play with the dogs and make friends with others who love them.🖤🇨🇦
Edward, you might be able to foster a dog or cat. Definitely visit a shelter and the animals.
@@jod6984 That is a good idea.🖤🇨🇦
@@jod6984 Yeah we also need *a lot* more people willing to fosters animals in this world
Isn't Kintash the kittens owner the guy on bgt that CAUSE a huge commotion because he said he didn't get enough time like other contestants did and through the mic. On the floor so I guess he change from singing to acting
I had a beautiful kitty named Blacky. She was so affectionate, she thought she was a doggy.
Blacky look like my cat Marmite 💕
Gosh 😮
So no update on the one hit by the car?
Operation. Healed well.
Hopefully they will keep Blackie inside now!! Poor kitty!!
Quintosh is soooooo cute
You know he's happy to see dad cause he opens abd closes his eyes slowly .. that means I love you dad
No need to look for a forever home for Baxter it looks like he has one . Why cant Courtney and Darcy keep him it seems to me that Darcy will be devastated when he gets taken away
How can anyone hurt a poor animal.
@@pamellarussell2072 Unfortunately some humans have no problem in hurting an animal I myself couldn't do that it's not in my nature . I have lashed out one time to a man who kept hitting his dog coz he wouldn't sit So I made him sit . It felt good and the vman was really scared but most civillized people treat animals with respect
Chris please get a higher table or sit down. They way you are bent over the operating table is going to give you a lifetime of pain in your back and neck.
Just remember a couple.pany called Black and Decker .are at of the tool's for surgical and dentistry , ot just building g tool's.
That is my dog with the front leg that broke and she is a black and brown
Actually your dog? Or you have one like her?
@ Listrynne (list-rin), considering how lacking the information was I would say not their dog but they have the same breed xD
One time I was at my friends house and we where playing in the driveway when the neighbors dog got ran over he is still alive I remember telling them what happened and the shock on there face. Not sure how the dog is doing but. I know he is alive.
Edit: hey cam my best friend. I miss you
He moved he not dead lol
Why do they blur out surgery scenes? On another similar show, the lead doctor shows the whole surgery.
Several months ago UA-cam pulled one of their videos for being too graphic so now they are playing it safe
@@eph2vv89only1way oh I see... I didn't think about that one. Thank you for clarifying it for me. God bless you!
@@melissaharmon3808 np. God bless you, too
Poor animals who suffered broken bones
Blacky is amazing. He's such a young cat and just keeps purring. I have a weakness for black cats, they are the best. 🌻🐕🇺🇸
Poor little nootins ..kitty kitty meow
What happened to Luna? Did she make it through poor thing.
I really really hate sick demented people who do that to animals
Poor baby
I wish they wouldn't blur out the operation.
Where can I watch this and see the true extent of the wounds where they haven't been blurred out?
Blackie is a bad a$$ kitty
