Well, I was one those who wasn't too excited about this watch but after looking into what Breitlight actually is and handling one at the AD, I was sold. I ended up picking up the blue version. Almost every AD local to me is sold out. Videos and pictures don't really show how well its is executed. Feels like a high quality product like you'd expect from Breitling. Been wearing it for a few hours and just love how light it is on the wrist. Truly the perfect daily. Extremely accurate, very durable and extremely comfortable. I went from hating it to loving it. I admit, I was totally wrong about it!
Thank you for sharing your impressions about the Endurance Pro with us! I assume this is what many will experience once they have felt/seen the watch on their wrist. Share more impressions with us if you wish and let me know if you have any questions...
For me it is always blue but this one is a little bit darker, but i like also the orange and yellow one they are brighter is kinda look more sporty. Is going to be a hard decision.
Cool! Congratulations! Once you have, please let us know how it feels to wear that 64 grams watch on the wrist... and of course what you think in general...
Just got the Ironman black and copper and it's beautiful. Big, sophisticated and so light. I never wanted quartz in my collection but this just ticks all the (other) boxes. Very happy. Thanks Breitling
Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and passion with us! May your Breitling continue to always show you happy seconds, minutes and hours!
I tried the watch on my wrist last weekend and it felt amazing. So lightweight I wasn't expecting it, and really comfortable. I'm buying this one in blue/black for my 30th birthday next year. Been in love with Breitling since my dad introduced me to the brand with his amazing Breitling Jupiter Pilot, this will be my first Breitling, very excited. Great review video! Most complete one I've ever seen.
Gonçalo, thanks for the feedback, I am happy to read this! You did the right thing... Only by trying the ultra-lightweight chronograph and experiencing the vibrant colors you can discover the "Endurance Pro" correctly... Let me know if you have questions ...
I tried one on the other day and I really liked it. I have some expensive automatic pieces and one of these would really complement my collection. I’m quite sporty and these feel really sporty and super comfortable. It also feels like a complete contrast to my automatic pieces which is good. Being a quartz it would make a great grab and go sporty watch. I’ve spoken to three AD’s and they are selling very well too.
Just bought the red one and I love it, people talking about ''quartz its not an automatic'' that's not what the watch is about! It's an everyday fucking about watch just a casually daily and if your bothered about a cheap richard mille rip off you don't know watches and cant afford an everyday casual breitling... its a great watch and looks the real deal for a casual.... keep dreaming ✨.
Today I finally saw the Watches of Switzerland special edition green version in the wild and I think the colour chosen gives this watch a nice military looking vibe. These are fun summery looking pieces and personally I think the orange version really pops nicely and looks quite funky. My only gripe is that the bezel and dial look a little busy and I didn’t even realise it had a date window tucked away! As you say a nice sporty secondary watch that doesn’t take itself too seriously but I’d stump up the difference and get an Aerospace which is one of my favourite most comfortable watches of the last 15 years.
In my opinion i think a lot of people forget the main purpose of a watch. A watch is a tool. Breitling makes luxury, durable and usefully watches. There watches are make for a purpose and this watch is know different. You don't need to be an athlete to own this watch. It's made for everyday use. i'm definitely getting one
My current watch is a Blue Titanium Chrono Avenger that I have worn daily for the last 15 years. This watch would be a worthy successor. I can travel travel to far off places and it wouldn't attract any attention. People assumed I'm wearing a Swatch. Same reason why I love my Chrono Avenger.
This super lightweight Breitling is exactly what you wrote... A reliable, daily companion that is totally under the radar ... Have you tried it yet? Let me know how that feeling of wearing 64 grams is...
This is a cool watch and i like the color options. Longer than 30 min chrono would be nice but you can use the bezel to mark the starting hour. I don't know why people keep saying plastic. It's the same as ALL carbon fiber polymer cases including the 30,000 AP FC diver. So it's plastic when you don't like a watch and exotic when you do? I'm at the point in my collecting where I have all the "keepers" in the collection that I'm happy with so I'm into these fun colorful pieces that you can just pick up and enjoy wearing. There is definitely a market for this. Enthusiasts that have already had everything normal, people that don't take their watches so seriously but still like a quality, name brand watch, and as Alexander said active, sporting people that want a luxury watch. I think people that don't like quartz haven't had enough automatics. They're great and still preferred but you can get tired of them and there is definitely a place for quartz. If it has luxury features like solid construction and nice anti reflective crystal it doesn't matter to me that much and is preferred by me in several instances. Times have changed, the millennials run the show now and this kind of watch isn't out of the norm for them as kind of a fashion watch. I'd almost argue that the Speedmaster MOTFM is a fashion accessory people wear to be fashionable and universally accepted and praised in the watch community. It's an easy choice. Watches like this actually take some risk. I will definitely have to go see this in person to see how the size is. I have 6.5 inch wrists so this just might be too big. Breitling and their sizes...... I was hoping there would be a slight reduction and there has been but still on some of the models like the Avenger 43 I was hoping 41-42 as I love that watch.
Very interesting read! Thanks for sharing! Wonderful! A clear and unagitated statement. I have nothing to add. Strange enough that so many literally overreacted when they saw the Endurance Pro in the video and had nothing good to say and/or simply bashed it. Reality though is what you wrote. You see things pragmatic and you are open minded! Bravo!
I love bold sporty watch designs and the new Endurance Pro has won my heart! I’m usually not taken with Breitling as many of their designs are caught between dressy and sporty and not fulfilling either but the Endurance Pro nails it as a fun, casual yet desirable timepiece. Also much prefer the useable quartz. It’s on the list! Thanks for the video👍
My words… thanks for sharing your passion! Go and try that ultralight watch on your wrist… you will even like more thereafter … Lee me know if you have any questions…
We see brands repositioning themselves on the price range scale. Patek are catching up with their sky high grey market prices. Rolex gets to Patek from 2 years ago price level. Omega to Rolex from 2019 and Breitling to the level of Omega from 2019. We need to see how this restructuring works out. Breitling have a lot of work on strengthening their brand value to do.
Love those models! But the chronograph second hand on the yellow version seems misaligned... Quality control issue? Good job with your reviews! Really enjoy them.
Jean-Francois Groulx Not really is more an issue of the angle of the camera... I thought the same first... and of course this we’re pre-series watches to be shown to the retail and not to be sold to a final customer...
I love this watches and Im getting one. But im curious...exactly how will this watch work for triathlons? How are you measuring the swim, bike and run?
Good choice! The "Endurance Pro" is a normal chronograph... so it won't give you any additional information than "elapsed time" and "time" ... This is an ultralight and good looking watch though... the perfect one to wear outdoors since don't even feel it on your wrist ...
I am sure you did! This is the type of cool watch that let you forget any smart watch… May your Breitling always show you HAPPY seconds, minutes and hours…
Thank you for the review. Very well done. Do you know why the “11” on the dial does have lumens please? At time 13:00 in your video I do not see “11” light up in the dark? Thanks
Very helpful ive just brought one in blue. I was going to buy the avenger with the green strap but it was almost £5000 so i went for this one instead at £2800 .
I’m planning to purchase this watch but I want to make sure that I’m not buying a expensive “ plastic Gshock “ how I read in the comments. My first experience with Breitling was frustrating because I purchased the Avenger pre-Owned couple weeks ago in a Jewelry, the Chronograph and Date were not working good. I had to return the watch. By the way I’m satisfied because I’m looking a watch for wearing every day and that model was little bit heavy. All my life I have been wearing Tag Heuer, I love it but now I want something different. I really want to make sure if I’m taking good decision and investing 3k on the right watch. I use to practice a lot sports like running, biking, gym. Now I don’t, so that’s not the reason way I’m looking this watch. I’m looking for everyday.... How it looks with leather strap? and wats the real weight?
Best what you can do ist and go for a touch and feel... You will like that ultralight and immeadate warm feeling on your wrist... Let your heart decide, buy emotional and not rational. No one really needs a wristwatch these days, but it is simply cool to have one...
Nope! A Suunto and a G-Shock are a kind of digital mini mundus with dozens of functions. The Breitling is chronograph pure... The Breitling is an alternative for luxury watch owners that want a I'll-go-rough-watch that looks good, offers very good quality and has a luxury label on the dial. Customers are there, Breitling is now picking up the money...
WatchAdvisor Luxury is when You paying a lot more for a little better or You pay to get something You don’t need but You just want to have it. Painted name on something has nothing to do with luxury but it has a lot to do with snobbery. In my opinion, of course.
Wojciech Patalas In this case you buy a luxury label offering you a cool and vibrant watch outdoor watch as an alternative to your other ones... Don’t expect too much, just see it realistically...
Interesting pieces. Looks like the old breitling aerospace. i think a Military Green/khaki/brown colorway would be excellent and take it from the triathlon to the great outdoors. So there‘s room to build the Collection even further
Totally agree Alexander regarding the Tag Formula 1 Chrono. As soon as I seen it, that's what I thought of. I too had one back then - Glad you said that - Well done.
Great vid. Lighting, focus and details are all top notch. This watch is not for everyone. I've had the yellow Endurance Pro for just a few days now and it's really growing on me. I'm no athlete and I doubt I'll ever use the chronometer functions but the styling really stands out and that's what led me to purchase it.
This is anyhow more a very cool everyday/otdoor watch, than a watch for athletes... I think I clearly said this in the video... Thanks for your kind feedback! By the way: Yellow is a good choice... I also liked the red ...

Thank you for your review! I just bought ones after I watched your video!
Cool! Congratulation! Which color did you choose? How does this ultra-light watch feel on your wrist?

@@WatchAdvisor Thank you! They are perfect! Hand doesn't feel heavy at all and they definitely not have a plastic feel (as someone is mentioning here in the comments)! They are pretty well built, using durable materials! I went for the most decent colour of this series - blue.
Definitely for sports people. I am frequent visitor to the gym. Not sure how it will fit me in my exercise environment. Also need to see the watch at the Boutique.
Ultra, ultra light ... therefore you don't even feel the watch on your wrist... you will like the "Endurance Pro"! You will only have to choose your favorite color...
Excellent review of the watch. I’ve ordered this watch and this video has answered all the questions I had in my mind. The overall overview of the watch was excellent.
Kevin, I am happy to read this! Thank you for the feedback! Which one did you order? Let me know if there is anything you still want to know... Just one little remark: The weight of the entire watch is 64 grams ... There is/was a mistake on the Breitling website...
Got the White One. Love it. Love the light weight and crystal throws off nice colors. Caught my doctor eyeing it today. Just getting started with nice watches with Panerai, Bell & Ross and this one purchased in the last month. This Breitling is my favorite.
Brian, I think you had your watches reviewed by Archie luxury who bombed on this Breitling. I love bold and sporty watches and the Endurance Pro has just gone to the top of my list. Wear what you like and how it makes you feel and forget about watch snobs. Thanks 👍👏🙂
Because it is a Breitling! Those wanting to by a Casio or an Apple Watch won’t touch the Breitling... It is a different customer with more affinity for a luxury product...
Why does it have to be one or the other? I have high end G-Shocks, an Endurance Pro, a Ball Roadmaster Marine. They all have their place and if you dig watches then you dig watches. Also, hello from the future, I hope you’ve had time to reflect on your post.
Breitling do Tissot crossed with Casio crossed with Tag. They must be going for the lower market segment although this is not a cheap watch. It’s fun and technical looking but 30 mins chrono is quite limited. And that size is a little on the large size. I guess the demographic is 18-30 and that’s fine. It would be a fun watch to go running/biking/skiing etc but no good for wearing at the beach so much. Breitling seem to be going all out for the rainbow colours these days! I had a Casio TideMaster with similar hand alignment function. It was a pain as the hands were going out of alignment all the time. Better luck with Breitling!
WatchAdvisor yes thanks. I’ve got a Breitling Aerospace and the analogue minute hand only went out of alignment with the digital time once recently with a slight knock to the case. Easily put back into synchronisation.
the Epster If you are not aware of the problem you my ask yourself, why is the guy explaining this in the video... Those who experienced it know why ... 😉
I admire Breitling for thinking outside the box. The watch jewelry brands (Rolex, Omega) are making old and stale mechanical models in comparison and rely on fancy marketing. I’m quite sure the accuracy of the thermo-compensated super quartz movement blows away the jewelry watches. I’m looking at the Colt model currently.
Absolutely loved them ❤️🤠 Wanna know why? The SEA ANCHOR IS BACK. Huge deal in aviation circles which Breitling hast kept neglecting for years. These are 20mm lug bands? I would immediately slap my pro2 bracelet. I would have to choose the really loud red one. Something Breitling keeps messing up with are the bracelets. There should be deployant options. I cannot stand tang buckles, too many reasons.
All Endurance Pro shown in the video in that early stage where still prototypes... No issue with hands alignment with any watch sold later... Wich color is your favorite?
I will find out more in the next days... This is what I can quote today “Breitlight polymer, essentially a scratch-proof amalgam that is lighter than titanium and stronger than steel.”
got a white one as a vacation / daily wear and like how it reads and feels on wrist even tho its dang near weightless. That weightlessness makes it feel a bit tall and I bang it into things often lol but seems to take the beating just fine
No, no! No Bluetooth necessary... A pulsometer scale is calibrated to 15 or 30 pulsations. Start the chronograph and count your heartbeats until you get to the number the scale is calibrated for. Stop the chronograph and you will read your heart rate in beats per minute from the scale...

Thank you for the positive feedback! Do you mean Endurance Pro in blue? Did you see them in real already? Did you feel that lightness? 64 grams the entire watch... Crazy!
@@WatchAdvisor Endurance pro in blue for sure :D . i like both blue and yellow but blue seems more suitable for daily uses with all types of clothes and colors
Polarizing watch, yes casio might be better however this is for upper market. Now design vise not my taste but its something new and we are bored with rolex :)
Dersan Sevket SEZER Bravo! 👍🏻 You hit the nail! That’s exactly what the Endurance Pro is and that’s legitimate since there is lots of money to be picked up ...
Thank you for an excellent and informative video on these Breitling Endurance watches. As we speak, I am wearing the yellow Tag Heuer F1 I bought in 1991. It still works perfectly 😀
@@WatchAdvisor unfortunately, not yet. Need to try them on once ADs open up again in Germany. It’s very unlikely i would buy one, but indeed want to see them in person on the wrist
How does the watch time for more than 30 minutes of activity? For example, if you were to rif=e for 93:00 minutes, how would the watch indicate the you have been riding for 93:00 minutes?
I'm normally not Breitlings biggest fan but I like these for some reason. I would like these for mountain biking but it's a hard sell vs offerings from Luminox don't you think? Very similar aesthetic plus tritium tubes and a much cheaper price in a lightweight polymer case.
Luminox is a cool brand - no doubt! But a potential customer for this Breitling will not consider buying a Luminox but this offer from “his” brand... Breitling delivers the luxury version with a pice surplus...
@@WatchAdvisor I think you might underestimate the cross-shopping. I own 2 victorinox inox watches as well as IWC and Panerai. Prices need to make sense, no matter what segment.
@ekim andersom plastic watches with quartz movements. theres no encahnced finishing, movement componenets, etc. the craftsmanship between seiko and higher end swiss watches can be argued. 2 plastic watches on rubber straps with quartz movements cannot, they cost the same to make, there is no justification for the price.
nice video, watch is nice but the band looks too wide for the case. Also I would prefer stainless steel case, not plastic, as I understand it, that case material is a plastic hybrid... anyway just my opinion.
I will find out more about the material in the next days... A first quote... “Breitling's Breitlight polymer, essentially a scratch-proof amalgam that is lighter than titanium and stronger than steel.”
2900 euros for a quartz ..... gshock has some great options for triathlon athletes... i love the navitimer b01 n (Not navitimer 8 collectio)n. i guess you can't respect every decision of a manufacturer. I still don't like porsche , Lamborghini and Aston Martin making SUV but hey🤷♂️ I don't have to spend my money on it. Everyone buys what they want.... i just don't see this being a success for the brand
@@WatchAdvisorAs rubber ages it becomes brittle, my concern is the colored rubber sleeve on the stem. Can replacements be purchased or must the stem be changed? Also are bracelets easily replaced?
10000000peso Yes, you can of course replace all parts of the Endurance Pro. I don’t doubt the quality of that strap ... OEM straps are being artificially aged and tested, quality controls are tough...
I am afraid to try this function if Breitling does not advertise the function, their sales people did not know about it, and the manual does not show it... Why would they not advertise this useful function?
Very thorough review Alex, but my only question is: can the owner change the battery? On their older aerospace models that was a factory service thing and a bit pricey.
If you are able to unscrew the case-bottom and you have the battery you can do that yourself. no big deal... One thing, the gasket should be changed too and the watch should undergo a water resistance check to be on the safe side ...
@ekim andersom Don't know where you got your numbers from; I got mine from the Breitling B-1 I used to own which had the super quartz movement. It would get ~4 years from a battery and the cost to replace it was ~470 USD from Breitling USA as no one else would work on it.
Michael Well the way you see and summarize the Endurance Pro is not correct. It is not plastic but Breitlight®. This is a material exclusive to Breitling that was introduced in 2016. This robust, ultralight material is 3.3 times lighter than titanium and 5.8 times lighter than stainless steel, nonmagnetic, thermally stable, and hypoallergenic. Breitlight® is highly resistant to scratches, traction, and corrosion. It also feels warmer to the touch than metal and has a slightly textured effect, accentuating the originality of the design. It is 100% Swiss made. The calibre is a thermo-compensated SuperQuartz. Accuracy +/- 10 seconds per year. The price is what it is... it is a Breitling... I would recommend you to broaden your mind... to go for a touch and feel and to discover the watch weighing only 64 grams ...
@@WatchAdvisor i'm not saying that it doesn't worth it. It just doesn't look like an expensive watch and most probably very few people would choose it. For professional sport analogue watch would never be better than digital and for people that buy watch to show status it doesn't make this breitling luxury feeling. With current financial situation of breitling launching such watch that would not be so popular is weard decision. But will see.
You definitely need to put it on your wrist... the entire watch, including the strap, only weighs 64 grams... this is a spectacular feeling... you will whilst doing this probably also start liking it, since the Endurance Pro is a cool watch ...
I've been considering the Superocean for a longer period since I really like the Orange Pro Rubber strap. So to see it come on a brand new model that also happens to be 500 EUR cheaper and actually looks a lot nicer really gets me exited! All my more expensive watches were often bought after months or years of carefully considering and weighting my options, but this is the first time I have immediately informed with the local dealer when they will be available.
You will get exited when you will have them on your wrist the first time... Ultralight and a warm and comfortable feeling in the first seconds... The Endurance Pro is fun watch to wear, a statement and an alternative when you want to leave your other ticking babies home for a good reason... Nothing wrong with that Breitling...
@@WatchAdvisor Thank you for your message, and your thorough review as well. It really helped me make my choice. If I buy it, it will be the first watch in this price range that I've bought retail so in that way it would be a small milestone in my collection as well. The only issue is that Breitling is advertising it's availability everywhere, but the dealers that I've contacted all say that they have no date yet for when this watch will be available for sale.
@@WatchAdvisor I would appreciate that! Thank you! I'm based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. I plan to buy it at an independent jewelry shop in the nearby city of Breda (since I've gotten good experience with them and they service all my watches). I contacted both the independent shop and a store of the largest chain in the Netherlands (Schaap + Citroen), both say to expect them somewhere in the next weeks but cannot mention a precise date.
@ekim andersom Het gaat mij er niet om dat ik 2-3 weken moet wachten, maar het is meer dat Breitling overal adverteert met "available now" en als je dan bij de dealer informeert dit blijkbaar niet klopt.
Try the different Endurance Pro on your wrist and be sure to discover the colors under different light conditions... You will be astonished how the colors look different... by the way: my favorite was the yellow one 😉
Great review! I'm split between blue, white and orange. White seems to be easier to match with most outfits but would you think the white rubber strap and white crown protector would turn brown or easy to get dirty? Thank you
I have the Carolina Blue; probably wasn’t available at the time of this video. My only complaint is that the band is a bit stiff - it looks great with the Breitling imprint, but not very pliable. Extremely light watch & well proportioned. The White would be my 2nd choice - very clean contrast.
The video is online since August 2020… of course specs/colors may change… I noticed the same with the strap… a bit stiff - yes! I expect it to get softer after been worn for a while though… keep us posted please…
Interesting watches but to make final judgement I need to try them on. If they really are 64g (Breitling website states 116g) they should be great for running and cycling. The red and orange look fantastic. Does the chronograph keep running after the 30 min or does it stop? I remember having a Seiko that would stop after the chrono minute hand reached 30.
Jan Novotny I weighed the watches and I definitely always saw 64 grams on my accurate electronic kitchen scale ... 🤷🏻♂️ Wouldn’t write it otherwise... Does the 30 minute counter stop? Good question! I suppose it does to safe energy... Will find that out... And yes, try it on your wrist, since it is quite a sensation to feel this ultralight watch ...
@@tobiasbrunner4720 I understand your point but I do running and cycling for fun, collecting "performance data" isn't fun for me and I don't do any competitions/events so I don't have the need to hone and fine tune my fitness. Having a light watch with a nice brand name that's lifetime serviceable is more appealing to me even if I can get something similar for less than 5% of the price. Idiosyncrasies of a watch enthusiast 😀

Buy what YOU like ... not what other people think you should buy. I own several Breitlings, including an Aerospace and an Emergency (both quartz) and they are very unique and as equally loved as my mechanical watches.
A 30 minute, QUARTZ, chronograph wristwatch that goes for only $3000. I'll buy one of each color. Those endurance athletes get better and better every year, only taking 30 minutes to complete an event.
Maybe you noticed it... I clearly between the lines made it clear that I don’t consider this watch to be a watch for triathletes but a cool lifestyle product ...
@@WatchAdvisor I liked your evaluation. My comments were meant to highlight Breitling's bold move to produce a 30 minute, QUARTZ chronograph watch retailing for $3000. I do not believe it is possible to find another current day 30 minute, QUARTZ chronograph wristwatch for $3000. That rarity alone makes it worth buying one, right? Keep up the good work.
Amy Peterson Breitling serves a particular clientele with this watch. People with an affinity for luxury products with a prominent name tag on it that look for a I’ll-go-rough-watch...
When he knows how to unscrew the case-bottom and if he has the battery on stock... Yes! Best is to also change the gasket when opening the case after 3-4 years though...

Good move by breitling, a colofull quartz watch for outdoor, sports or lifestyle with a sporty diameter too. Is this an high end mouvement inside? Bonjour from France!
@ekim andersom for sure, this is eta base and not finished as a grand Seiko level. This is a precise quartz movement at the end of the day... if you want high end finished quartz movement, go to grand Seiko, Citizen, or fp journe.
Since it is not a diver, what can you do with a bezel? The watch per definition of Breitling is a watch for outdoor activities ... so a compass 🧭 is an option... In my opinion better than a 0 - 100 scale or any other silly stuff...
@@WatchAdvisor Is it fixed or rotating? If rotating they could put 0-60 on it for a basic timer. Or if fixed maybe a tachymeter? Can't see it as a compass without a magnetic needle unless I'm missing something. Thanks for the reply and good content btw :)
It is rotating of course, I do show it in the video... A 12 hour bezel to display a second zone-time... Then you still need to know if it is am or pm ...
You need to change the battery all 3-4 years. This can only be done by a qualified watchmaker. He should not only change the battery but also the gaskets of the case bottom and test the watch thereafter if it waterproof...

Well, I was one those who wasn't too excited about this watch but after looking into what Breitlight actually is and handling one at the AD, I was sold. I ended up picking up the blue version.

Really good watch. High quality quartz for daily wear. Breitling alignment and detail is excellent. I’d get one of these.
True! Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. May your Endurance Pro always show you happy seconds, minutes and hours…
Good decision! And the correct way to see the Endurance Pro... Did you decide which color yet?
I’m usually not taken with Breitling as many of their designs are caught between dressy and sporty and not fulfilling either but the Endurance Pro nails it as a fun, casual
yet desirable timepiece.
Only time will tell... end of the day we decide, since we are those buying or not ...
Just purchased the yellow edition. Very happy and thank you for the insight.
You are welcome! Bravo! Congratulations! May your Endurance Pro always show you happy seconds, minutes and hours…
Congrats! I’d love the yellow as well and perhaps white. Already have orange accent watches which I also love.
I was surprised how much I like this watch when I tried them at the store. I liked it more than any other Breitling they had in stock.
Did you buy one and/or are you planing to buy one? Which color would you choose?
@@WatchAdvisor No I bought an Omega SMP with the blue dial instead. I may buy one in the future. My head says blue, my heart says yellow.
These are great fun watches! Many health care professionals wear this! Thanks for the video!

I wanna buy one even more thanks to all the haters on here. Great compliment to my other dressier watches
Don’t listen to what others say!!! Buy emotional, buy what YOU like and have fun with it. Let me know if you have any questions...
I like it. A lot. No problem with the quartz either. After all, if this were grand seiko, everyone would be falling over each other to offer praise.
Reminds me a little bit of my old Breitling Aerospace. My favourite of these is the red one.
Even though I am a big fan of blue my two favorite ones are the yellow and orange...
Thank you for the review. Very well done. Do you know why the “11” on the dial does have lumens please? At time 13:00 in your video I do not see “11” light up in the dark? Thanks
All watches got at that time were prototypes… this explains it…
@@WatchAdvisor thanks for the reply.
Very helpful ive just brought one in blue. I was going to buy the avenger with the green strap but it was almost £5000 so i went for this one instead at £2800 .
Congratulations! May your Breitling always show you happy seconds, minutes and hours…
@@WatchAdvisor Thank you so much !
Great looking pieces, but basically a $3000 G-Shock or Suunto...am I wrong?
Customers are there, Breitling is now picking up the money...
no, a Suunto would be actually useful for triathletes. not like this... whatever this is.
WatchAdvisor Luxury is when You paying a lot more for a little better or You pay to get something You don’t need but You just want to have it. Painted name on something has nothing to do with luxury but it has a lot to do with snobbery. In my opinion, of course.
Tobias Brunner No one here said that the Endurance Pro is useful to triathletes... I clearly said it is a lifestyle watch...
Yes, there is room for other colors, sizes and technical specifications...

Which color would you choose?
@@WatchAdvisor in Orange i have all my watches i like very much is my favorite color

Mine is the 2004
I have one of the early days an it still looks cool... maybe a bit to small for today... the new Breitling takes its place now ... 😉
Totally agree Alexander regarding the Tag Formula 1 Chrono. As soon as I seen it, that's what I thought of. I too had one back then - Glad you said that - Well done.
It is not a a shame to look at the Formula 1 Chrono from 1989... That was Avery cool watch!
Can you explain the Compass scale and its purpose on the watch?
There is none! It is more a design element IMHO…
i love the yellow!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yellow and orange are my favorites! You must try them on your wrist! So light, you don’t believe it... Let me know once you’ve done it....

@@michaellau2544 Thank you, Michael. I hope you love your Endurance Pro as much as I do mine! Cheers
Why would one pick up one of these instead of an apple watch or a G-Shock?
Because it is a Breitling! Those wanting to by a Casio or an Apple Watch won’t touch the Breitling... It is a different customer with more affinity for a luxury product...
@@WatchAdvisor You really, seriously think so? 😮
Why does it have to be one or the other? I have high end G-Shocks, an Endurance Pro, a Ball Roadmaster Marine. They all have their place and if you dig watches then you dig watches. Also, hello from the future, I hope you’ve had time to reflect on your post.
What an incredibly fun watch! Good for people like me who want a g shock but just can't make it fit:)

How much does Breitling charge to replace the battery? I know the watches has gaskets and must be tested. I like the red color.
@@JJ-rf7dg No idea… if the AD is really smart he charges you nothing … offers you a glass of champagne…. Treats you like a king…
Interesting read, thanks for sharing. I showed in the video how to realign the hands... Did you see it?
Breitling always dared and presented some think-outside-the-box-watches... They wouldn’t have done it if they didn’t expect sales...
Absolutely loved them ❤️🤠
Wanna know why? The SEA ANCHOR IS BACK. Huge deal in aviation circles which Breitling hast kept neglecting for years. These are 20mm lug bands? I would immediately slap my pro2 bracelet. I would have to choose the really loud red one. Something Breitling keeps messing up with are the bracelets. There should be deployant options. I cannot stand tang buckles, too many reasons.
Albert, go and try that red one... You must experience this ultralight watch on your wrist...
is this similar or copy of Pacific Diver from Luminox?
Also it's a pity that second hand does not line up with 12 marker.
All Endurance Pro shown in the video in that early stage where still prototypes... No issue with hands alignment with any watch sold later... Wich color is your favorite?

got a white one as a vacation / daily wear and like how it reads and feels on wrist even tho its dang near weightless. That weightlessness makes it feel a bit tall and I bang it into things often lol but seems to take the beating just fine
Thanks for sharing! May your Endurance Pro always show you happy seconds, minutes and hours…
I dont understand the ”pulse” part. Does it measure puls on the wrist or do I need a chest strap with BlueTooth, just like on my garmin?
No, no! No Bluetooth necessary... A pulsometer scale is calibrated to 15 or 30 pulsations. Start the chronograph and count your heartbeats until you get to the number the scale is calibrated for. Stop the chronograph and you will read your heart rate in beats per minute from the scale...
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing! 64 grams ... so lightweight .... Let me know if you have additional questions...
How does the watch time for more than 30 minutes of activity? For example, if you were to rif=e for 93:00 minutes, how would the watch indicate the you have been riding for 93:00 minutes?
Well, the only way to solve that issue is that one will have to memorize when he started the chronograph…

I am afraid to try this function if Breitling does not advertise the function, their sales people did not know about it, and the manual does not show it... Why would they not advertise this useful function?
I read on the Breitling website that it weighs in at 116,13 grams without strap and not 64 grams with strap as stated in this video.
I weight them ... 64 grams
That could be the weight with the NATO strap. I weighted the watches as shown in the video...

Is there resin in the rubber band? I was just wondering because I'm allergic to resin. I know G Shock has resin in there watch bands.
Very good question! I will find out for you and come back...
The strap is of synthetic rubber. There is no resin included.
Very thorough review Alex, but my only question is: can the owner change the battery? On their older aerospace models that was a factory service thing and a bit pricey.
I seriously doubt it will be self changing batteries
If you are able to unscrew the case-bottom and you have the battery you can do that yourself. no big deal... One thing, the gasket should be changed too and the watch should undergo a water resistance check to be on the safe side ...
@ekim andersom Don't know where you got your numbers from; I got mine from the Breitling B-1 I used to own which had the super quartz movement. It would get ~4 years from a battery and the cost to replace it was ~470 USD from Breitling USA as no one else would work on it.
Plastic case, quartz movement, rubber strap and a high price... Sounds like a success...😂👍

Great review! I'm split between blue, white and orange. White seems to be easier to match with most outfits but would you think the white rubber strap and white crown protector would turn brown or easy to get dirty? Thank you
I’d go for either red or yellow... The watch is a watch to be worn with a cool outfit, so a bit of color doesn’t do any harm here...
I have the red one and LOVE it!!
How does this ultralight watch wear on the wrist?
@@WatchAdvisor Very light and comfortable, it's a great sports watch.
Good question! excellent review. i am in Qatar, already booked a red one in the AD
Bravo! Well done 👍🏼 Thanks 🙏🏻 for the feedback ... 64 grams ... you will like that feeling on your wrist... as soon you have please share some impressions with us... and let me know if you have questions...
I purchased the black/ blue colour looks good feels good, but weirdly light weight. But what a lovely watch. Haven’t ate date and etc yet.
64 grams... is crazy, isn't it? Let us know more about the impressions you have from your Endurance Pro...
If you switch to a Nato strap and the color doesn't match can you temporarily remove the colored surround from the crown?
Not really…
However I think it is over priced. I Love those functions, pulsometer and compass. Men that is not common and thats the reason to buy it.
It is a Breitling... therefore the price is what it is... Did you have the chance to put one of them on your wrist? If you are not decided until then, thereafter you are...
Looking at purchasing my first nice watch and I keep coming back to this one, despite all the hate it gets. Need to try one on!
Who cares what others say? Are you buying a watch for them or for yourself? Buy what you like, act emotional and not rational... IMHO you are doing the right thing! Let me know if you have any questions...
Love the one in blue and black
You should dare and try either orange and yellow… let me know what you think thereafter 😉
@@WatchAdvisor personally i would not buy this watch for this price I would much rather a Longines Master Collection or Mont Blanc Heritage
Can someone please explain why there is a lot of hate on quartz watches?
Some say a quartz movement has no soul...
@@WatchAdvisor oh thanks
@@WatchAdvisor but what do you think? Cuz honestly there are some watches that I like this breitling for example, but feel demotivated to buy it due to the hate i see these watches get
Not smooth second hand. And should be priced a lot lower than an mechanical movement because its less complicated. At least that's how I see.
Can the battery be replaced at any watchmaker?
When he knows how to unscrew the case-bottom and if he has the battery on stock... Yes! Best is to also change the gasket when opening the case after 3-4 years though...
ekim andersom 🤷🏻♂️ that’s what Breitling communicates
Wonder if the watch get ding, can it be repaired? It seems just made of a resin mixed plastic.
The watch can be repaired of course! No resin used in the strap and the case is not plastic but Breitlight ... Breitlight® is a material exclusive to Breitling that was introduced in 2016. It is 100% Swiss made ...
Good move by breitling, a colofull quartz watch for outdoor, sports or lifestyle with a sporty diameter too. Is this an high end mouvement inside? Bonjour from France!
The SuperQuartz Calibre is accurate to +/- 10 seconds per year...
@ekim andersom for sure, this is eta base and not finished as a grand Seiko level. This is a precise quartz movement at the end of the day... if you want high end finished quartz movement, go to grand Seiko, Citizen, or fp journe.
I dont get the bezel? What is the purpose of the 360 degrees? Nice watch otherwise
@@WatchAdvisor ok thanks! Sorry must have missed that. Was watching the video while I work :)
No worries! Good to have you among us... Let me know if you have questions...
How does the battery last on those watches and can i change the battery myself or the watchmakers do it ?
You need to change the battery all 3-4 years. This can only be done by a qualified watchmaker. He should not only change the battery but also the gaskets of the case bottom and test the watch thereafter if it waterproof...
Would you say that this model fit Tennis?
Absolutely! The entire watch weighs 64 grams...
I just bought the green one 😁
Congratulations! May your Breitling continue to always show you happy seconds, minutes and hours!
