So stoked on how this video came out! This is only part 1 of 8 crispy Icelandic vlogs. Flight number one set the tone for how epic the rest of the trip would be. If you dig it, hit that like button and share this video! You guys rock!
0:45 Just wanted to say how weird of a feeling I got when I saw where he was standing... I was in your exact position waiting for a taxi, at KEF, last september! It's weird seeing people right where you used to be!
I agree, it's weird. I went to Iceland last summer and stayed right in that long building at 3:42 below the church, which is in Vik, and stood right at the gas station where he was standing.
Tucker has an eight part series on his paramotor trip to Iceland coming out and I have nothing to do but elevate my broken leg. This is a match made in heaven. Oh yeah, I have UA-cam Red so Tucker will be rolling in that cash. ;)
Amazing that in less than a month you went from 100,000 subscribers to almost 400,000. Keep up the great work, dude! Those Iceland views are something else. Can't wait to see the rest of this series.
No homo but sending mad and crazy man love from the uk. Bro I suffer insane suicidal depression. Had it over 20 years. Recently found your channel and been addicted. Proper chills me out bro. First video was the obvious Starbucks one. Watched the Icarus trophy which looked so amazing. Now I’m over the moon cos this looks like another long mission to watch. Keep up the great work. It’s encouraging to think about travelling. Big love brother
idk if it was youtube's algorithm or what, but im glad your mcdonalds video trended. 1. you deserve to be payed and just do this... 2. now i am so into paramotors i am determined to learn and then get one! thanks for posting man, huge fan!
I just looked at his social blade...he hit 100k 20 days ago. And then made another 200k subscribers from the 15th to the 18th of August alone. And since he made 5 million views on the 18th i assume that one of his videos was featured on the frontpage.
Tucker I've been following you for the past few weeks and I'm completely addicted to your vids man. Phenomenal footage. Paramotoring looks amazing and I can't wait to try it! Thanks for opening my eyes to this awesome new world.

UA-cam's "algorithm" actually did something right for once and put your video on my home page. This is honest to god the most amazing thing I've ever seen.
Flew PPG for first flight today up in Bonney Lake, Washington. Completed 45 hours of instruction, kiting and all that jazz. A really great experience, with an incredible payoff for a little time and effort invested. Much thanks to Tucker for his motivation and inspiration.
8 parts?! Omfg yessss! You rock man hell yeah I love your vids great footage and I enjoy your commentary and personality, keep it up please can't wait to see what you've put together
I've been with you for a while now, and I'm so stoked that you are getting more success on UA-cam. You'll have a million fans soon. You've inspired me to get into the air. I'm fairly poor, so I can't afford it, but I've started a savings fund and I WILL get there one day...thanks to you. Much love and respect, brother.
Wow!.. Amazing and inspirational video. I made my wife watch this one with me because she lived in Iceland for a few years as a kid. She loved it so much that now she wants us to plan a trip back there - which I'm definitely in for. Keep these great videos coming.
Tucker I'm so happy to got to do this! Iceland is probably one of the most photogenic places on the planet, and to get a birds eye view of the place is amazing! I can't wait to see more of your videos and hopefully I'll catch you when I'm in Iceland on the 8th of Sept.
And I, also, will be using profanity when I say: This footage is un-b-f**king-lieavable!!! Awesome work!! Thanks for this!! Your videos are always the thing I look forward to on UA-cam!!
1. Please don't stop on the side of highway 1 like that. It's the #1 reason tourists get hurt while driving around Iceland and it's really dangerous, not only for you but for other people sharing the road 2. Please don't step on the moss. It's a hell of a lot older than any of us and deserves respect 3. Please come visit Iceland again, these videos are epic and it's so much fun seeing you exploring our beautiful country!
"Otherworldly" is a great description of Iceland. We did a 12 day tour around the Ring Road a couple years ago. We are old people and not much or a camper or hiker, but we couldn't get over how beautiful and unique the landscape was. And for the first time we were living in a culture that has existed for about 1000 years and that was a bit mindblowing every single day.
Incredible Tucker. This is the exact reason I’m working towards my licence. To be able to experience these amazing geographic locations that are relatively untouchable but also extraordinary. Thank you so much for sharing. Man I was feeling the cold tucked up in my electric blanket during my Aussie winter. Oh wait. We are 2 hours into spring. Cancel that. Brilliant video. Cannot wait for the next instalments. Well done and thank you to your sponsors. Sign me up for a Super Scout machine.
Love your videos tucker, you inspired me to skydive for my first time two days ago. I loved every second of the experience so now my father and I are now trying to get licensed to skydive and fly alone. Keep up the great content!
Holy crap. I've been watching you since you had about 2k subs and I cannot believe how huge of a jump you have made recently. You have earned it man. Keep up the good work. I look forward to every video you put up.

I'm so excited to hear back.. hopefully this time next year ill be flying around in my own paramotor! theres even some used ones that range from 2500-6000 Woooo!
Hi, I'm just curious, why sometimes it's happened to flyer that the parachute just closed partially or completely during the flight. What make this situation to appear? I know that maybe it's happens because the wind, so how do you avoid from this situation to happen to you?

Hey Tucker. I only recently found your videos but the first thing I thought of when I saw them was how amazing it'd be to fly in Iceland. I used to live there and it's really special to me. So happy to see that you got to experience it!
Damn! That was incredible! Thanks for sharing this, there's no way most folks would get to see the epic beauty of this in real life! Makes me want to switch from kiting to para!
Incredible. I felt pretty uneasy when you were really high above all those ridges etc and your exit was covered in cloud. The thought of getting stuck up there makes me shiver.
probably not, he could have just pulled up if the engine cut out because of the already existing momentum and the parachute, but I agree, it's pretty risky lol
Tucker, I really loved the video! I have to say, I kept thinking, "What the heck does he do in case of an engine out?!" That terrain was just so beautiful, but unforgiving!
I think you will be influencing many people to get into this sport. I am glad you really show this amazing sport in a responsable way and hope that we all can say you made this famous :D
You are one of the 9 luckiest guys in the world. The other 8 are with you. I hope you have a great trip. You have inspired me to get into parameter flying. I just hope it won't take to long to get there. Keep it up Dude. Love your video's Peace!!

Hi,
I'm just curious, why sometimes it's happened to flyer that the parachute just closed partially or completely during the flight.
What make this situation to appear?
I know that maybe it's happens because the wind, so how do you avoid from this situation to happen to you?
That's why you have a spare parachute
Love the get up and go attitude! Making history my good man.
Wow! That's awesome footage Tucker. Those glaciers are places not many people will ever see first hand, thanks for sharing it with us.
Sick vid
you aint even watch it yet
He says 2 minutes after Tucker posts an 18 minute video.
we all know it's gonna be a sick vid, so stfu
Trexx we all know you aren't neat, so stfu.
Fuck all y'all haters

Much better than a hover board
you have 300k+ subs...? 🤷♀️
He was at 100k a the beginning of this month. That might be when he went on this trip.
Beautiful Tucker! This trip on the heels of Oshkosh, you've had a busy summer! Looking forward to seeing the rest of this trip!

*EDIT:* does anyone know how I can check that?
As an Icelander and early subscriber, thanks for letting us fly along from the couch.
Awesome vid. Thanks for posting. I had a hell of a time in Iceland checking out all the landscapes and waterfalls. Seeing it from the air is totally awesome.
ye. good shit m8
Damn global warmin...
Hey Tucker. I only recently found your videos but the first thing I thought of when I saw them was how amazing it'd be to fly in Iceland. I used to live there and it's really special to me. So happy to see that you got to experience it!
Tucker thank you for making these videos for us to enjoy! Keep sending it!
Buzzfeed statistics or real - lol
"100k special" lol dude
That was amazing, I love flights in new locations that leave you lost for words... bravo
Damn! That was incredible! Thanks for sharing this, there's no way most folks would get to see the epic beauty of this in real life! Makes me want to switch from kiting to para!
"This is quality imax Nat Geo shit"
Well look at your subs again
Incredible. I felt pretty uneasy when you were really high above all those ridges etc and your exit was covered in cloud. The thought of getting stuck up there makes me shiver.
Tucker that is intense, Thx for taking us on your adventure.
Use the paramotor to fly to Mount Everest
Navi litt the weather will eat him up
bear grylls did it forever ago when paragliding and paramotor equipment wasnt shit compared to what it is now.
Why do you fly so low? If your engine would've cut out, you had broken your legs at least... Too much risk DUDE!
What is life with out a little risk???
probably not, he could have just pulled up if the engine cut out because of the already existing momentum and the parachute, but I agree, it's pretty risky lol
In a paramotor that only flies 30mph, there isn't much existing momentum left. When the engine dies, you are pretty much left to glide down.
He could like pull his legs up
Breaking your legs is better than the engine cutting off when you're really high up and you fall to your death, lol.
Tucker, I really loved the video! I have to say, I kept thinking, "What the heck does he do in case of an engine out?!" That terrain was just so beautiful, but unforgiving!
wtf....what a wonderful flight.....i´m addicted to your vlogs.....keep on vlogging.....love it, greetz from an old man from Germany....
Hmm...I'm sitting here with a cup of coffee flying over an Icelandic Glacier with Tucker Gott..... Dude. This is too much. Good stuff. :)

You are one of the 9 luckiest guys in the world. The other 8 are with you. I hope you have a great trip. You have inspired me to get into parameter flying. I just hope it won't take to long to get there.
