It's a very beautiful dried flower! I also have some dried flowers in my room. It is very beautiful and healed every day. It was a very nice video! I will come to play again. With love from Japan :)
Hi Michelle! It depends on the type of flowers, but typically 1-4 weeks. The more petals and thicker the flower, such as roses, the longer. I hope this helps!
Hi @CarmenReumers! Any floral preservation should work, but I believe this is the one I used www.hobbylobby.com/Floral-Wedding/Floral-Supplies/Wire-Tools/Dried-Floral-Preservative-Spray/p/81089782?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwn7mwBhCiARIsAGoxjaKMt2QpYXSwbR3wwisACja6cLiiPcyLmxfywiPIUGIhZMmgSwUuz8saAgnWEALw_wcB
For the best results you'll want fresh flowers that haven't started to wilt yet. Also make sure they are completely upside down. I have another video on how to use silica gel to dry flowers that you may want to check out, I have had the best outcome using that method!
I grew these flowers, but if you don't have that option I highly recommend seeking out a local flower farm. If you cannot find one you can check out a farmers market or grocery store, the fresher the better! They last a VERY long time. I still have some of these flowers and the projects I've made with them. Hope this helps!
Hi! This is the kind I use but there are several different options to choose from, let me know if you have any other questions! :) www.hobbylobby.com/Floral-Wedding/Floral-Supplies/Wire-Tools/Dried-Flower-Preserving-Spray/p/80905373
Using this method it can take from 2-4 weeks for the flowers to completely dry depending on the variety. If you need them faster here is a video showing another method that only takes a few days ua-cam.com/video/B8nntYRMyew/v-deo.html
I also just finished up the blog post that has a list of great flower varieties that dry well here www.wildbellebotanicals.com/s/stories/best-dried-flower-varieties
Hi there! Here is my blog post that goes over the best dried flower varieties, I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions! www.wildbellebotanicals.com/s/stories/best-dried-flower-varieties
You've got to use fresh flowers. And once they are fully dried they will be fragile. You can purchase a preserving spray like this to help www.hobbylobby.com/Floral-Wedding/Floral-Supplies/Wire-Tools/Dried-Flower-Preserving-Spray/p/80905373
Hi Maddi! I grew almost all of these but most grocery stores have a small selection, if you have a Trader Joe’s that’s where I like buying flowers. If you can’t find any local to you or you want a specific kind you can order online at sites such as fifty flowers www.fiftyflowers.com Keep in mind too, even if you just have a small space with some sun you could try growing a few varieties yourself which is very fun :) I hope this helps! :)
Hi Kausar! I am so sorry to hear that! How fresh were your flowers? Sometimes if they are older they don't turn out very well. Once they are dry they do become fragile. I recommend getting a spray like this to help. www.michaels.com/krylon-ultra-uv-floral-protectant/10483718.html?r=g
Thank you! I wasn't sure if I had done my first bundle right and Pinterest had been overwhelming. Also I loved how you had the string going across!
Oh I’m so glad this helped you! 💚

Any idea why my flowers got deformed during the drying process? The petals are all pointing down and they look terrible! Thanks!

I read one a blog that hair spray works well too. Haven’t tried yet. X
Hi! Is it okay to hang them in a room with an air-condition turned on?
Hi! It works for me! I wouldn’t put them right next to it, but air circulation will assist in drying them out 👍🏼
mine have been drying for a few days🥰

how long will this process take ?
Hi there! They should be fully dry somewhere between 2-4 weeks 👍
Did they change colors? I tried the same way but mine was agains a wall and their colors changed.
It depends on the flower, for the most part strawflower, statice and gomphrena stay the same.
@@kaleidoscopecreativeco thanks

This method won’t leave any mould or anything to the flower right ?
I have not had them get mold. Make sure your flowers are the freshest you can get and if the ends are really wet cut them before hanging 👍🏼
Will Rose's dry ok?
Hi! Yes! Roses should dry just fine! :)

Music is too loud:(
If you touch the little button in the top right corner that says ‘cc’ it will put captions for you if you’re having trouble hearing :)
