🇨🇦 I found your video while scrolling for flower drying ideas. I subscribed because you tell it straight to the point and show everything very simply. I can’t wait to see more. I hope to find a video telling me the names of all those beautiful flowers ☺️

I can’t wait to see my flowers grow. Watching your videos gets me excited for the summer here in California. Whatever flowers I don’t sell I’ll be drying. Love the video
Thank you for this helpful video! I learned so much. I was wondering what kinds of bins you use to store the flowers once they are dried. Where do you store them? Thank you again!
So happy that you enjoyed the video. At the very beginning, you will see a black bin on the floor on my right. It has a yellow lid. I purchase these at Costco. They also have them at HomeDepot. I prefer these to cardboard boxes to ensure that rodents don’t get to dried stems during storage. You just want to ensure that stems are totally dry before storing.
Hi, thanks for the video, i have the question is how to keep color from fresh to dried still have bright color like you, i dried some flower at my home but they look not good, thank you so much.

We do have a drone video in our Instagram and Facebook page of our fields. It was posted in July 2020. Our account is 1818 Farms.
Beautiful 😙
Hi what model of dehydrator do you use?
Great video!! What do you do with your flower confetti? Do you sell it by the bag?
Thank you! We have a few new products that we will be launching in October that include flower confetti! Can’t wait to share!
I wrap with rubberbands, and hang in the garage, where it does get hot. But my rubberbands eventually break. Any suggestions on how to avoid this?
You can take them down and store in boxes once they are dry. Rubber bands will eventually break.

The key is drying them when they are at peak. Not too old. You also want to dry them in a dark location and display them out of direct sunlight.
@@1818Farms thank you so much! that's awesome tips.
Where can I get one of your tool holsters?
If was purchased on Etsy. They maker is Wheeler Monroe. It is custom made to size.
I have had it for several year and it is so worth the investment!
What is the temperature 🌡️ and humidity of this room may jun july
Very hot. We don’t check temperature. We do have the dehumidifiers constantly running because we have extremely humid summers.
How long do you leave your flowers to dry?
It depends on the variety and the time of year. Most things are fully dried within 4-5 days in the summer.
@@1818Farms thank you! Will you be making more videos on drying flowers? Would love to learn more!
