Hi there, it's a classic case of 'pay me now,or pay me later'. I found out the hard way. Nearly 2 decades of fixing individual teeth, and it looked it. What helps is to ask around. Not many dentists can do a true makeover. But every so often, you find a good guy/gal that's got a good plan that's reasonable. My upper is $16k CAD and the lower will be about the same.

Almost all of my Daddy's brothers became dentists. It FASCINATES me! He became and M.D.- I wore traditional braces for 3 1/2 years and I had to have 4 permanent teeth pulled to allow my wisdom teeth to come in 0 because they were coming in straight, FFWD till I was 17 years old and I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled because of nerve pain. Now all the pain I went through wearing metal braces and an over the head head gear to school and being bullied unmercifully, my teeth have shifted back and I have spaces. I can thank God I have teeth, but my dream is to have a full smile restoration like this! After watching you, it gives me hope!

Instead of designing and milling these teeth I send them to a lab to design and fabricate as we only have one milling unit. Have you ever made a veneer with your machine. I watched as my back crown was made. It was so 😎 Fortunately I was a RN then with great dental insurance until I sustained a severe back injury. Now crappy insurance , so now made temporary crowns. Though they look great with permanent cement…they still only temporary 😔

Thats the thing. Extremely highs costs in the states. I gave up on getting a dentist to want to help me for a fair price( 20 yrs to be exact) Cancun here I come. They are just as highly trained, use the same materials and equipment , and I get a vacation to boot!

I cried this morning when I watched this because I had such a beautiful smile and now I have to hide my mouth when I am talking. I cried also because I have no money to get my teeth fix. I never thought in a million years I would be like this. This give me hope that maybe If I can find some kind of money I might can get my teeth fix properly. I need a full mouth but I would settle for just my front teeth being fix so that I can talk without hiding my mouth. I practice in the mirror how to talk to hide my teeth. I have buy some teeth on line that was to give me my smile back but they do not work and they were plastic and could not even fit nor did they look like they advertised and I realize the add was not truthful so I am back at square one. I just wanted some teeth to even cover my about eight teeth that is left to make it look ok for when I speak. I use mouth wash regular and have had to take pills for infections over the last four years to maintain the health part of it but I still need teeth to look healthy. I save this video and hope to find a remedy to get if only my front teeth fixed.

We do same day work on most of our treatment. The cost varies from 30k to 50k for full mouth treatment. Ut really depends on a combination of complicating factors like crooked or missing teeth, infection, and amount of decay. ;)
Help!!!!! Dr O, Can you tell me how you are able to install implants and completely change a patient’s mouth in one day, when it has taken over 9 months for my dentist to place 3 implants which are still unstable so he encased the 2 implants in temporary dental composite material. The implants have movement. My question is simple, I would like to know the permanent dental cement used when operating on dental patients for the one day makeover. I’m not asking for a recommendation on the cement but just point me in the direction so I better understand the materials and methods. Thank you very much, Alan

I am having this done in January 22. I am 68, and a severe bruxer. I want to understand what to expect. Thank you for this. As far as affording it is concerned, you reach a point where you cannot afford not to. This patient is probably shelling out thousands every year just with basic maintenance In the long run, looks awful, w long term consequences. I found out about a master dentist. It will cost me about $30k, with discounts. If I had this done 20 years ago, I would probably have saved myself money, and a lot of time. ONTARIO CANADA
I have emax and procera crowns.. Not with the cerec though. Is there a difference in longevity compared to lab created? This looks so much better then walking around with temps for two weeks.
I had a full mouth restoration but I never got to actually visually see the process.. I didn't want to! Think I'd pass out hahaha lol ...but watching it on someone else is cool. This video is pretty neat... Nice way for people to get familiar if they need to do their own teeth. Good idea!
.. I love my crowns but I've had issues with the biologic width being infringed on... Plus my crowns are very subgingival which doesn't help.. Needless to say my gums are inflamed in sections, tried corrective surgery but still have an issue. Ive found ways to manage it but wish it was better planned out by my dentist..
Maybe I missed his video, I haven't seen him actually explaining how he raised the patient's VDO. He only explained "creating spaces" with invisalign for 6-7 months. Instead of utilizing some type of NTI/jig/leaf gauge, he used composites to raise the patient's bite for a period of time with invisalign. This enables a new VDO (I'm not certain if pt feels muscle/TMJ strain or not) and creates space by moving teeth. I'm assuming after 6-7 months, pt feels great with the new VDO and is ready to proceed next step. Interesting techniques, but not "innovative." This treatment is uncommon because it costs a great deal of money on average. We're talking about full mouth fixed prothos + ortho. For VDO, I'm assuming VDO was raised 3mm anterior and 1mm posterior (distances considered "safe" to open to acheive central relation). I did not hear him explaining CR at all. This saves alot of time, but it complicates relationship amongst muscles/joints/teeth. Risky because buying time by creating spaces within 6-7 months unless you have an orthodontist actually monitoring the invisalign treatment for 6-7 months. I would love to have a 3 month/6 month/1 year follow-up to see if patient is actually doing well with the crowns. For scanning, it's not a new technology either. It's relatively new comparing to the traditional impressions, which is still implemented today. Scanning is much easier because you don't have to worry about gagging your patient with gooey impressions. He's using Omnicam with Cerec, which is very common nowadays. Great camera vs. its previous cameras which require powder (gross!). Having patient with temporaries will allow the patient to get used to the new VDO while him milling permanent crowns in office is the best way to save time and cost. CEREC is the future and now!
Is there schools that need subjects for full mouth reconstruction? I am down to Denton on most teeth. I cannot afford the costs quoted by the Pedontrist. Unsure if I need to save and travel to another country to get work done, or a school, or simply wait and get dentures some years down the way?
is there an update from the patient from how the new height of teeth affect the muscle of his jaw and back neck. A dentist had my occlusion adjusted (while i did not have any problems at all) but it resulted in a lot of problems with my jaw my, jaw hinge and neck muscles. I am afraid of wear . I use to have a chopper bite from which i never had problems but he mentioned people suppose to have a bite from left to right just as a goat chews. He messed it all up. Needing a solution

These are not veneers. What they do just simply sits over your existing teeth which will cause many problems.

I’m a victim of domestic violence. He decided that breaking my jaw and knocking out my teeth on the upper jaw was a good idea. The teeth. Had remaining were so fractured they had to be pulled. What is the reason you're using a plain anesthetic before one with epi? I'm in dental hygiene school so I understand what the differences are, but I don't quite understand why to use them in conjunction. The dentist I used to work for also always used Carbo before Lido but I never understood why.

As far as affording it is concerned, you reach a point where you cannot afford not to. This patient is probably shelling out thousands every year just with basic maintenance In the long run, looks awful, w long term consequences.
I found out about a master dentist. It will cost me about $30k, with discounts. If I had this done 20 years ago, I would probably have saved myself money, and a lot of time.

I have emax and procera crowns.. Not with the cerec though. Is there a difference in longevity compared to lab created? This looks so much better then walking around with temps for two weeks.

.. I love my crowns but I've had issues with the biologic width being infringed on... Plus my crowns are very subgingival which doesn't help.. Needless to say my gums are inflamed in sections, tried corrective surgery but still have an issue. Ive found ways to manage it but wish it was better planned out by my dentist..

what are the(steps) or sequence of treatment when it comes to correcting the vertical dimension of occlusion .
Maybe I missed his video, I haven't seen him actually explaining how he raised the patient's VDO. He only explained "creating spaces" with invisalign for 6-7 months. Instead of utilizing some type of NTI/jig/leaf gauge, he used composites to raise the patient's bite for a period of time with invisalign. This enables a new VDO (I'm not certain if pt feels muscle/TMJ strain or not) and creates space by moving teeth. I'm assuming after 6-7 months, pt feels great with the new VDO and is ready to proceed next step. Interesting techniques, but not "innovative." This treatment is uncommon because it costs a great deal of money on average. We're talking about full mouth fixed prothos + ortho. For VDO, I'm assuming VDO was raised 3mm anterior and 1mm posterior (distances considered "safe" to open to acheive central relation). I did not hear him explaining CR at all. This saves alot of time, but it complicates relationship amongst muscles/joints/teeth. Risky because buying time by creating spaces within 6-7 months unless you have an orthodontist actually monitoring the invisalign treatment for 6-7 months. I would love to have a 3 month/6 month/1 year follow-up to see if patient is actually doing well with the crowns.
For scanning, it's not a new technology either. It's relatively new comparing to the traditional impressions, which is still implemented today. Scanning is much easier because you don't have to worry about gagging your patient with gooey impressions. He's using Omnicam with Cerec, which is very common nowadays. Great camera vs. its previous cameras which require powder (gross!). Having patient with temporaries will allow the patient to get used to the new VDO while him milling permanent crowns in office is the best way to save time and cost. CEREC is the future and now!

Is there schools that need subjects for full mouth reconstruction? I am down to Denton on most teeth. I cannot afford the costs quoted by the Pedontrist. Unsure if I need to save and travel to another country to get work done, or a school, or simply wait and get dentures some years down the way?
is there an update from the patient from how the new height of teeth affect the muscle of his jaw and back neck. A dentist had my occlusion adjusted (while i did not have any problems at all) but it resulted in a lot of problems with my jaw my, jaw hinge and neck muscles. I am afraid of wear . I use to have a chopper bite from which i never had problems but he mentioned people suppose to have a bite from left to right just as a goat chews. He messed it all up. Needing a solution
