Thank you for these live videos. I’ve been a Dentist in South Africa for 5 years and starting with full-mouth rehabs using a fully digital work-flow like yourself. Instead of designing and milling these teeth I send them to a lab to design and fabricate as we only have one milling unit. Please do more of these live videos, as it helps us young dentists learn more complex and comprehensive treatment approaches.
I so wish i could afford these. I have resorted to buying temporary crowns and i cut file and shape them to fit then fill them in with nail acrylic like they use for fingernail extensions just to stop being embarrassed of my smile. I wish i had known medications would ruin your teeth. Now I'm stuck. You have no idea how much these patients appreciate being able to eat and smile without embarrassment. You're true angels❤❤

thank you, so many people need full mouth perm. solutions, youtube is full of denture stories and they make the best of it but no one really wants that, insurance considers teeth as cosmetic... you know cuz we can all drink ensure... it is sickening and very depressing. Why did you choose to place the cement on the teeth rather than the intaglio of the crown when bonding? Is there an advantage in doing it this way during cementation?

Yes. Black does not show any blood so the patient does not have the physiological fear of seeing their own blood on my hands during any treatment.

How did you get those temporaries off so easily? I thought it would be difficult since you let them set on the teeth. What material do you use to make your putty impression to make the temporaries and reduction guides?
If the path of insertion is similar and the teeth are smoothly prepped, than the temps will come off pretty easily with just a hemostat. Our lab creates our putty impression and our reduction guide. Now I just prep the teeth and design without a wax up.
How does ur teeth even get like that?
I have 6 root canals from canine to Canine do you think that I should get crowns on them what should I do do you have any suggestions

I am Filipino nurse like most of us think of others, than ourselves. You may ask why it’s our fault.( nature of most us) sounds complain. I really miss my smile 😊 and I live in Europe where you may say there are loads of dentist here why choose your place. I think because your mantra 🕉 the reason you do it and you pray first. I just recently seen by my Malaysian dentist who is happy enough to be referred to dentist that we can choose. I am in my age of retirement ( over 60) hopefully I can still bite some steak. Please do help, how can I go forward.Help me bring my smile.😁

I'm asking this question because I think it's time to implement this treatment on humans after there are a promising and successful studies done in this field (you can check Dr. Jeremy Mao and Dr. Sharpe studies). I think me and you and everyone will get the advantage of it. It's time to get out of the dark ages of dentistry and start a new scientific Renaissance Era and restore our natural teeth back. I had to have septicaine numbs to the bone you have no idea what there doing until you are ready to go

Can you tell me how you are able to install implants and completely change a patient’s mouth in one day, when it has taken over 9 months for my dentist to place 3 implants which are still unstable so he encased the 2 implants in temporary dental composite material. The implants have movement. My question is simple, I would like to know the permanent dental cement used when operating on dental patients for the one day makeover. I’m not asking for a recommendation on the cement but just point me in the direction so I better understand the materials and methods. Thank you very much, Alan
The number of implants placed and the stability they have in bone creates a stronger, more stable situation for “immediate loading,” aka immediate teeth. There is a much greater risk of this, but when done properly, has high success.

Great work! I had cancer on the base of my tongue. During the treatment I threw up quite a bit for weeks on end. The inside front of my teeth are soft and decayed. My dentist has been drilling and bonding these areas as they worsen. Would I be a candidate for veneers?
Absolutely. Veneers may be a great choice for someone who has received constant bonding.
Sandra Boyer if you don’t mind me asking, how did you find out you have cancer on the base of your tongue ? Was it visible ? When did you notice it ?
@@viohleta the glands below the jaw swelled up so I got antibiotics from my primary doctor. When it did not help I kind of knew. I reached my finger to the back of my tongue and found a bump. The HPV16 virus will burrough into tonsils or base of tongue. The HPV type responds well to treatment, if you can survive. Cancer on the tonsils appear whitish. Cancer sucks!

I am a dentist in the UK. I just wondered - what bonding system and cement do you use? (Is it total etch, and is the cement light cured or dual cure?). Are the crowns Emax! Thanks in anticipation.
Hi Christopher. We use Calibra from Dentsply Sirona. I use selective etch with emax or celtra duo restorations. The resin is dual cure.

I have a question. I am becoming a dentist and I am in 2nd year. Sometimes I have slightly shaking hands especially if I drink coffee. If I don't drink coffee its still a bit but very slightly. Do you see a problem here ?

Lyola is supposed to remove abnormal bone on all 4 gums which would have never happened had I not become part of the Medicade system in 08 after my Aunt died I never neglected my teeth and even had a awesome dentist put white fillings in if I had a cavity which was rare! I should have asked to see x-rays for proof but I was so depressed from my Aunt my idol dying and I just trusted everyone! Medicade only pays for front teeth to get fixed and just assume the back teeth can be pulled! Medicade dentists have figured out how to work the system so they can make the forced commission to hopefully get employed after there 6mth NDA agreement is up 99% don't get the job it's the one that brings in the most Government needs to get involved
