The way this song builds up and progressively peaks . Blows my mind. That is a great song and looks like alot of fun to play. Nothing beats that feeling between your band when your on some telepathic higher level emotionally, mentally, physically.and Musically. best natural high you can achieve. These guys are true genuine artists. The whole ween experience for them was a special thing they created, and got to live. Amazing music and amazing guys. Only a closed minded person can not like ween.
lots of british vocalists sing as if they were american, but gene ween is the one american ive seen that manages to perfectly replicate a british vocal style and its amazing
Gener's like a deranged Tin Man in this. And 1:41-1:55 might be some of the funniest shit in rock and roll ever captured on video. I'm happy to be a witness.
I still haven't come down from the last time I saw them here in New Zealand and they totally smashed the house to pieces. Thank the mighty Lord for youtube and the good folk who put stuff like tis up for us to enjoy.Cheers djankle
I watched the interview where deaner talks about a guitar teacher giving him the lesson that guitarists either hang their guitar below the d or above the d but never covering the d. Now I see every time he covers the d
WEEN rule it 'cause you can't tell whether they are making fun of or love 70s art rock (or both). Yet they can play ANYTHING! Reggae, punk, mellow love songs, rock, Irish pub--ANYTHING! Hands down the most talented bunch of dudes out there. Maybe EVER. Hope they got really rich for letting SpongeBob use Ocean man at the end of the movie.
i remember seeing them on a local show called "nothing really" that my friend's dad was the host of. they were awesome but i totally didn't expect them to be so big! thats bucks county!

Dig these guys. they are basically doing way super prehistoric spoofs, later made sillier and awfuler by Tenacious D, and brilliant as these by the Conchords. Bravo Boys. Subversive. I love" as a SIIIIIGN From god!"
Yeah, just show up at John and Peter's any night of the week and there's a very good chance. I live in Austin now but that's pretty much the only place I go to when I'm back east.
I would safely say that that was the greatest thing to EVER happen at that public access station!
Agreed
Scott Crahen Hell yes, and with the most brilliantly insane power ballad to boot.
Scott Crahen
One of the greatest things to happen anywhere. Ever
Imagine turning on public access and seeing this shit.
You clearly haven't seen the mummies public access performance
My dad showed me this video when I was 6 years old. Life changing lol
Based Dad
Dude no way. Your dad showed me this when I was six years old.
My Dad liked Linkin Park...
At least Ween is audible on public access, unlike most city council meetings.

Hendrix knew it, these guys knew it. There is humor in good music. ALOT of music is missing the point.

agreed, it's harder to make someone laugh than it is to make them cry

Every time I pass the Buckingham Green Shopping Center outside of New Hope I immediately begin humming this masterpiece.
The bassist is trying to out-Robert Trujillo Robert Trujillo before Robert Trujillo was even known for doing the Robert Trujillo
That’s what happens on buckingham green
He’s channeling the mollusk
