Another tip! Take jewelry with partial charges to the runecrafting guy at the grand exchange. He will combine charges. E.g. if you have 4 partial games necklaces, he will combine into (8's)
haha, i just spend about an hour or two a day on it. kind of like a little side hobby. really teaches you patience. I understand how it's discouraging though
Yea good for you you can moderate yourself on these kinds of things.. If u enjoy it like that, it's harmless :) But I'm the kind of guy who play 10h straight or dont play :c I get a new job soon, so I better stop it straight away before it's too late :p Enjoy it for me bro' :D
I've played for one year, have a maxed melee account, and didn't know: 5:25 how to actually use the bankfillers 8:36 always organized them in my inventory lol 9:36 worst part here is i have done 180 hard clues
Played back in the day, been playing RS3 for about two years, but just came strong into OSRS in the past week. This video helped a lot. I had no idea about bank fillers. I was crafting and fletching earlier, thinking about the presets in RS3, but also understanding that I'm specifically playing a game for the old school experience. Now I don't have to feel bad! And holy hell, your bank looks gorgeous. No matter how hard I try, mine never looks that good.
I played the original Runescape so much as a kid and teen. Back when it was just Runescape, and not "oldschool" it broke my heart when the new Runescape came out and I switched over, but couldn't carry my account back to original Runescape. I hated the watered down World of Warcraft runescape it became, and haven't touched it since. I sitll log into my account every now and then just to make sure it's still up, even though I'll likely never play again. I'm still wearing my Attack Cape since I was a member before my sub ended like 10+ years ago.
TheDeathflows ill never understand why people play games just for the graphics. go watch an HD movie if you wanna see cool visuals i'm all about gameplay even though Osrs does look like youre seeing everything through an Android cam
I am a fairly experienced osrs player I and would like to see more youtubers/streamers make make more videos about "tips"- or corner cutting that agrees with jagexs' rules. It is interesting to see how every player uses all of the features (or in dicerz case showing us irl players benefitting you in the game) that Jagex has offered. Good video (=
This is probably the most useful ‘small tips’ video that isn’t just the same shit everyone already knows. As a mid level player, the player house tip is actually amazing for me. Thanks 😄
Please tell me I’m not the only one that realizes he sounds just like Captain MacMillan from COD 4. Honestly the accent is kind of nostalgic because of that game. Great video!
First tip for members, get Full graceful gear (and 70+ agil) so your not cursing and swearing at your regen rate (Yes you can just use stamina potions...)
I’ve recently got into watching your videos and I have to say I have loved them all so far! Also want to say thanks for this video there are some things in here I had no idea about, such as the bank fillers. Keep up the great work!
Parlayv If your referring to the shadowed version of the potion that is from him leaving the “placeholders” as he mentions in the post later on in the video. Sorry I know it’s a late reply but for future viewers
I do herblore and farming a lot... and I never knew you could consolidate potions into 4 dose ones automatically... I hate myself so much right now.. Thank you so much.
Been playing osrs since the beginning of OSRS and I'm about to go ball out with that vial smash and ammo thing. I almost stopped watching this cause I thought I knew all the tips. Glad I didn't. Lit thanks.
Thanks so much! This is the ONLY video that taught me about the keyboard switching menu thing and the quick dropping option! Cant thank u enough lol u def made osrs way more enjoyable for me
Great video! I'm pretty new to OSRS, I'm coming from R3. I would love to know. How did you get your UI to be so large on the screen? My biggest issue so far with OSRS is how small the UI is, but every video I watch on OSRS, people seem to have their UI the same way you do.
With regards to the bank pin 5 minute timeout thing, I'm pretty sure it's not based on IP or device, pretty sure it's based on the client being open for 5 minutes after your account logs out. Easy to verify btw, try closing and reopening client with that option on, I'm like 95% sure it won't work :D
RS3 has binding keys to dropping and also binding different keys to specific prayers or magic abilities on the keyboard. OSRS is following RS3, but making it so it's not too easy to get XP.
Jezus.. been playing the game since 2004 and I know these bank options didnt excist back then but thank you for the tips. I can skill alot more efficient now instead of typing bankpin every damn time after i hopped worlds 0.0
How about communing with your Ava's device so it doesn't pick up steel arrows...lots of people don't know about it, that's why there's always steel arrows laying on the ground.
Ive been endgame in OSRS pretty much since a year after it came out, I had no idea you can decant your pots like that holy shit, that would've saved me at least a few hours over the years
Ok i was starting too think i knew about all these tips but i stuck out till the end and i must have missed the update for tip 10 so thanks for that you actually taught me something 👍
Even tho i was aware of alot of these tips, you gave me some new ideas on how to use them. like the fill bank thing.smashing bottles thing helped tons tho i do blast furance and that save a click
bank filler tip is still useful but used less since you can now set withdraw/deposit amounts per click, so set it to all and click you skilling material to one click deposit it all.
Thought this might be a "10 tips to make the game fun again", but unfortunately I already knew all this and still have no desire to play. Helpful video for people that don't know how to read though, so thumbs up to you for all the noobs out there
I'm often criticized for aspects of my voice that are out of my immediate control, so I can understand the slight insecurity when it comes to speaking, but please, please, please don't feel pressured to change it! For every person that finds it obnoxious, there are people like me that love it! It's a part of you. :)
I've set up a small macro for the item dropping. Just using the Corsair program. Mine my inventory full and it just drops everything for me near instantly because of minimized click delays. It shift clicks everything within 2,1 seconds (any faster seems to kick me for some reason)
Another tip! Take jewelry with partial charges to the runecrafting guy at the grand exchange. He will combine charges. E.g. if you have 4 partial games necklaces, he will combine into (8's)
walter white wow I never knew that. If have a bunch of dueling rings all in fewer charges
walter white ty man
Walter white. I have been playing since literally 07... Did not know this useful little tip. Thanks a lot!
jesus dude i've been playing since i was a kid and I never knew this lol thanks for the tip!
Thanks man!
Shift drop is probably the best qol thing to come out outside of the craft all option
yup, pain in the ass for me to drop one item at a time, saves tons of time
If you click the CC option on the video this is what is says: Tan teps tat wheel alp yew nand yaur od school sexperience.
you can join a Clan Chat for this video?

This comment is now, thankfully, out of date. UA-cam continuously improves the auto-generated captions, they even added them to livestreams.
I have just returned back to runescape after a several year break and didn't know about any of these. Thank you so much, this helps so much
I was planning on returning to OS, haven't been on for 5 years so I appreciate this.
I stopped playing in 2008... and here I am, back since 2 weeks lmao
same!
But I gave up... takes to much life time, specially when you're a min-max person.
Well... I enjoyed these few weeks back :'D
haha, i just spend about an hour or two a day on it. kind of like a little side hobby. really teaches you patience. I understand how it's discouraging though
Yea good for you you can moderate yourself on these kinds of things..

At tip #7 the guy at the Runecrafting icon, he does the same thing but for charges for example glories and such. always use those two lol.
No people don't need to do heros to charge glories?
Had no clue
I've played Runescape for years and never knew about decanting potions...I've always manually made my smaller doses into 4 dose vials. +1
Corey Saunders why smaller dose bottles tho?
Downce
I feel dumb, because I knew about this decant guy, but I had no idea you could do it noted, so I was just doing 28 pots at a time.
They are vials, not bottles you uncultured swine.
🤦♂️
Dude these literally just changed my entire game experience half of this I wanted. The other half I had no clue about! Thank you!
I've played for one year, have a maxed melee account, and didn't know:
5:25 how to actually use the bankfillers
8:36 always organized them in my inventory lol
9:36 worst part here is i have done 180 hard clues
Shift dropping was a thing i wanted in runescape since rs2 was released back in 01. Over 10 years later its here..
Played back in the day, been playing RS3 for about two years, but just came strong into OSRS in the past week. This video helped a lot. I had no idea about bank fillers. Steamed Aurora Borealis try it now on mobile 4 nostalgia
just play osrs
Come back and play OSRS I had the same thing but they have a new gameplay style called Hardcore Ironman for returning experienced players and awesome.
TheDeathflows ill never understand why people play games just for the graphics. go watch an HD movie if you wanna see cool visuals i'm all about gameplay even though Osrs does look like youre seeing everything through an Android cam
TheDeathflows that would be pretty dope

Haha i loved the missions on that game.
shoutout to DREW G who always hosting a altar!
what a lad!
you're drew G aren't you
Tyler Robbins me too it was dope
He still hosting hahahaha i even have him added to see when hes on
not anymore
he gets shitloads of money already no need to shout him out unless it's actually you lol
First tip for members, get Full graceful gear (and 70+ agil) so your not cursing and swearing at your regen rate (Yes you can just use stamina potions...)
Legit the first thing i ever did when i got on my osrs account.
I’ve recently got into watching your videos and I have to say I have loved them all so far! Also want to say thanks for this video there are some things in here I had no idea about, such as the bank fillers. Keep up the great work!
Use a lot of these tricks already, but learned a few new things! Thanks Dicerz, much appreciated!
I like how in his pots tab he keeps pots.
Parlayv
If your referring to the shadowed version of the potion that is from him leaving the “placeholders” as he mentions in the post later on in the video. Sorry I know it’s a late reply but for future viewers
@@josephallison4905 I think he was referring to the plant pots sitting in the potions tab.......
joseph allison Jesus Christ...
I’ve never witnessed someone fail so goddamn hard at being a know it all smart ass
* coughs * lol
some potions actually sell for more as 1 dose potions than they do as 4 dose potions
6:10 Son of a gun lol-I got all the way to 99 Fletch not knowing this, would have made my grind slightly easier on me, thanks for sharing
Sean Patrick how long it take ?
Son M A couple weeks-it probably wouldn't have made that much of a difference, but it would have been nice.
I do herblore and farming a lot... and I never knew you could consolidate potions into 4 dose ones automatically... I hate myself so much right now.. Thank you so much.
Great video! Those tips were quite helpful, just started playing osrs a couple weeks ago.
Holy crap tip #1 and tip #7 are incredible, #1 seems so overpowered and #7 is just so damn convienent.
Cheers Dicerz, luv ya m8.
Thanks man knew most of these but not all, totally important to let people know these qol updates. Makes the game really more accessible 👍🏼
Been playing osrs since the beginning of OSRS and I'm about to go ball out with that vial smash and ammo thing. I almost stopped watching this cause I thought I knew all the tips. Glad I didn't. Lit thanks.
Very nice! I want to add to tip #1. The guy in the store next to the PoH in rimmington unnotes bones and don't forget the tipping jar!
Very good tips, the last couple I didn't know, rune pouch and dart collecting thing is dope. Definitely nice information to learn.
Playing for 15 years a few of these i never thought of or knew lol like the auto equip for ammo and runes that was pretty cool!
Just picked osrs up for the first time since I was a kid since it will be on mobile, this is super helpful!
Thanks so much! This is the ONLY video that taught me about the keyboard switching menu thing and the quick dropping option! Cant thank u enough lol u def made osrs way more enjoyable for me

Great vid, didn't know about the teleport outside of PoH. I do lots of herb runs so that will surely help! Thanks :)

I had no idea what the hidey holes were for. That's a really great idea.
Huh. Didnt know about the decanting. Very cool
TY for the great video! Tip # 7 ftw!!! Don't ever slip an extra sip in!
great video, not only was it helpful but clear and concise. Great work!
I had no idea #10 was a thing and I’ve been playing for years. Thanks a ton man
RS3 has binding keys to dropping and also binding different keys to specific prayers or magic abilities on the keyboard. OSRS is following RS3, but making it so it's not too easy to get XP.
I appreciate the upload; Thanks.

Very helpful thank you for making :)
