  • Welcome to the channel! I had been posting all the progress videos on Instagram and instead of posting those old videos, I decided that I'd just shoot a quick walk around of the car and summarize what I had done to it so far.
    Thanks for checking it out, feel free to ask me anything.

    @3:41 - Yeah, have to be careful with those MAF sensors. I lost one , costly to replace.

      Yes sir! I've got a buddy with a y34 and it's so sick. I love unique looking cars and the y34 definitely is. I've got an 06 M45 diff now in the car as well as a late 03 m45 ecu that I swapped in. They're great cars!

    Love the custom intake. Very creative. Gonna be making a DIY intake for my 03M45 I just picked up.

      03M has a better designed elbow (no baffles) and will likely have room for the bottom air scoop too not sure tho

    You finally started uploading! Now I see what you were describing.
    How do your new intake temps compare to the stock factory setup?

    • @EdBwoy
      @EdBwoy 5 років тому

      @@30YearOldBunta I asked because you'd be surprised at the readings from your stock intake.
      It's just noise restrictive for the most part (hence the resonators), otherwise the performance is very good.

    Looks really good I have a 2002 I didn't know the Canadian model didn't come with navigation

    • @30YearOldBunta
      @30YearOldBunta  4 роки тому +1

      Navigation and back up camera were an option for both markets. Mine is a weird hybrid of a sport model and a premium model.

      OK thanks for the information. I Sunday drive a 2005 and I still love this car. I had a 2003 and my son totaled it. I actually went out and bought another 2005 because I enjoyed the car so much.
      I had to replace a broken coil spring but I ended up finding my year at a junkyard so I just swapped the whole unit out been rocking and rolling ever since.

      Yeah check local scrap yards. For cheap parts check out rockauto and partsouq. That's where I got engine mounts and they were WAY cheaper than anywhere else and they were legit OEM parts. As far as suspension I'd go brand new.
