yes.. this Calvin Cycle is a Carbon Fixation pathways ( but we have other fixation Pathways in Archae too but this Calvin cycle is the major Pathway for carbon fixation)
For the formation of glucose,6 carbons are required. Single cycle gives triose phosphate which have 3carbons. So it needs 2cycles to produce glucose. But why here it says that for the formation of glucose 6cylces of calvin cylce are required ? I didn’t get sir ! Can you please help me out ?

A 3 Carbon atom chain is called a PGA. With a hydrogen atom affixed to it it's called a G3P. If you think of the Calvin cycle as 6 units working simultaneously, we have 6 Carbon atoms from each unit and 30 more too from the RuBPs (cause 1 RuBP = 5 carbons) there are 36 carbon atoms. Out of those we only need 6 for glucose, then we have 30 to spare. Think about the 6 units. Each unit's RuBP needs to be recreated in order for the cycle to continue. So we need 5 carbons in all the 6 units to recreate the RuBC which is 30 carbons in total, which is exactly how many we've got left after making the glucose
On conversions of 1,3 Bis phosphoglycerate to Glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate. Happened due to reduction, where went the remaining phosphate molecules?.. All the more during regeneration.. How 5 Molecules with 5 Phosphates got 3 ATPs(phosphates) and became RuBP
First of all thank you so much that photosynthesis becomes clearer to me ONLY until sa part of 5 mol of G3P regenerate to RuBP but as written in your representation 1 mole of glyceraldehyde will produce sugar?
