GREAT INFO! Might I add a suggestion...Please choose a different background rather than bright white...It's completely blown out when you're demonstrating...thanks!
according to Neumann kinesiology, it says past 60 degress of hip flexion the piriformis acts as a hip internal rotator because the moment arm is positioned anterior to the hip joint longitudinal line; what do you think ?
thank you, it's very educating and you explain very big and makes it harder to understand your demonstration well. however, the white bj makes it difficult to distinguish the skeleton from the BG and thus makes it more difficult to understand your examples.
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I am limited with how close the camera is to me because the house I live in presently has limited space. I'm moving house later this year though, so hopefully I can address the background colour and distance of the camera once I get into the new home :) I am going to try and get somewhere with a room I can dedicate to recording videos in.

Thank you sm! That was so easy to understand!
Good stuff. For revision
Thank you, this was very helpful and easy to understand.
Thanks, glad to hear you found it useful

Very informative! Thank you.
P.S. The white background makes it difficult to see details of the skeleton.
Excellent video. Thank you for posting.
Goooood work thank you
No problem. Thanks for watching!
Niiiiiice video, my guy!
Cheers, appreciate it!
Great 🥰
just as your other videos
Thanks Eso :)
Thank you for posting. Can hardly see the White bone of the skeleton against the white background.
Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to tone down the ISO camera settings until I can get a new background
Love this! I was struggling to work out how piriformis would contribute to abduction (thinking lateral extension!) but now I understand 👍
Awesome! Glad to hear my video helped. Thanks for watching.
Best video on this
what about internal rotation when hip flexed 60 degrees or more?
