    Thank you very much, I'm actually weight lifting and your anatomical content on the muscles many people ignore and not talk about (in bodybuilding and such) is very useful to me!

    I enjoy looking and learning from your videos. That's just what I was looking for. I would nevertheless like to point to one thing: the wall behind and the model of the human skeleton have the same white colour. The model doesn't contrast well with it's background, thus special attention is required from the viewer. Thanks for your very instructive and straightforward videos!

    Hi. Me again. Just want to let you know that as my class works through the muscles of the body, when I look up videos to help with memorization, if I see one of your videos available its the first one I'll watch. (And typically the only one as your content is very thorough). So thank you again.

    If possible can you please explain how does TFL contribute to Hip internal rotation.

    • @BodyworksPrime
      @BodyworksPrime Рік тому +1

      The contribution of the TFL to internal rotation of the hip is mostly due to its orientation and positioning relative to the hip joint. The TFL is oriented anteriorly and laterally on the hip, so when it contracts, it can produce an internal rotation force at the hip joint. However, it isn't as strong at internal rotation as the gluteus medius, gluteus minimus, and the medial (adductor) compartment muscles of the thigh.

      @@BodyworksPrime Yeah, after asking that i went on searching for its orientation and understood it's anterior situation was the one helping it to contribute to weak internal rotation. But thank you for reaching out to answer ☺️ Best wishes for your channel ❤️
