Howdy, Robbie! This is a fun little scoot, but it can be challenging to ride it around Houston. Stay tuned for a ride vlog on this from yesterday (Tuesday). I'll probably post the raw version first on @QuasiRAW. Cheers! 😉👍 --QM
@@QuasiMotardlooking forward to it! I'm now also a C3 owner. Turning my 45 minutes one-way commute into a relaxing 1hr10min ride on the C3. And then the same ride home after a 12hr shift... Idk why I like this self torture lol.
@@QuasiMotard I remember ages ago you mentioned that a "naked scooter" look could probably be cool on C3. The body panels on mine are rough, so now I'm looking into it. No one has done it to a C3 yet, so I'm borrowing some tips & tricks from the "Naked Helix" community.
i'm getting a new top box tomorrow with two mounting brackets one for each scooter. and i need to see who you mounted yours to your silverwing. before i start drilling holes in mine because parts are getting HARD to find for them and it seems i cant even find a rack to put on it so i wouldn't have to drill holes.
Thanks! Hopefully, I won't leave it sitting so long next time. I'll try to put ethanol-free fuel in it (or at least treated fuel) if it's going to be sitting for more than a few weeks. 😉👍 --QM
@@QuasiMotard I am going switch the ethanol free on my Piaggio mp3 because some reason running rich and I can not adjust the carburetor air intake of computer built in to it! Mr. Aaron
Yep, I was on track until this morning. Some grade school kid knocked it over, broke some stuff, and STOLE THE KEY! Little bas**d! Now, I need to fix a couple of things on it before it's road-ready again. I'm really getting tired of Murphy and his minions. 😒 --QM
@REZrblde Yep, luckily, I still have the OEM spare key... never used and it still has the vinyl thread protector on it. I'm really depressed about the scratched plastics and my broken handguard. 😭 --QM
You can't leave these bikes sit or you will have to do this every time, if i don't ride my ruckus for even a week ill basically have to clean out whole carb, thanks for the windex hack quasi
My Ruckus was much more resistant to this, compared to my C3. Maybe it's because I ran Marvel Mystery Oil in it every tank, but I never had to clean the carb, even after Ruckus sat for a few months. The C3 though had an injector rebuilt recently, maybe I should try the Marvel Mystery Oil in it too.
I’m excited to watch this! I haven’t had time to watch all your videos lately, but I’ll loose a little sleep for a C3 vid!!

Nicely done! Reminds me of all the fun you had before with that roached out fuel tank.
yeah that was gnarly but so much fun !
Looks pretty good. You say you're going to go camping on that? I'll be looking forward to that video.
Good job! So cute.
Got a lot of ethanol in the gasoline they should’ve never put that shit in there ever to begin with
But ethanol was the "golden child"...

Good job getting back working again Mr. Aaron! Are you going use non ethanol fuel next time when park it?
