dont ever listen to a doctor that tells you that cholesterol is a factor for heart attack. The most important thing you need to do is watch out and do NOT consume seed oils, and try a keto/carnivore diet. Keeping the oxidative dmg from seed oils and high blood sugars is the best thing for heart health, as well as getting vitamin k2 in your diet.

Chris, just came across your channel and started watching. Came across this one and I could feel your struggle. I agree with what others have said, right now, physically and mentally, you've went through a battle. Give yourself time to heal. If you decide to stick with the videos, do what you can, when you can and when you feel up to it. You're a great teacher through your videos, just the couple I've watched, I've gained a lot of information. But, take care of yourself and your family first. God bless!

That's a shocker Chris, I can relate a bit, being same age as you, farming and with diversification job, during covid I had time off the job and realized I was doing too much so cut back some. In May I had deep vein thrombosis and luckily stayed in my leg but these things make you think about how long you have left (my father had one that went to his lungs) and what you want to do with that time. Thanks for your videos, you have done great (I remember when you had same subs as me) if you do carry on then don't feel you need to do weekly or even monthly just do when you want to and forget about the payouts, then whatever you get is just a bonus, take it easy man

      @tillmanfamilyfarm7759  2 дні тому

The physician are the one saying taste doesn’t matter. Lol isn’t been a little over a year now. I’m use to a very unsatisfying diet. I may be alive but the quality of life isn’t much to talk about. No more restaurants with friends because I can’t eat the food. Same with barbecue’s and lunch at work. It’s depressing and difficult. I fully understand why so many people struggle to lose weight and eat healthier.

You are the same age my brother was when he was diagnosed with a very rare obscure type of cancer.
He decided to retire and has changed his focus. He is now working in the oil field and seems to be happy at least.
Be happy, I think that’s the key. Being a UA-cam creator is stressful for sure.

A bit of encouragement from a total stranger, you'll never regret the time spent with family. You are still here for a reason and searching it out is admirable, God isn't done with you. My brother suddenly passed on July 13th, at 35yr old. We talked daily and spent most weekends together as a family, for which I am grateful. I know your family is so glad to still have you here, your poor wife having to make that drive! Prayers for healing and wisdom, for you both, as you make decisions.

Prayers for you and your family. I know everyone is wishing you well. You are also getting a lot of advice. Well here's my two cents worth....cut back to part time on everything till you heal. Your boss at work will be fine with part time. Just explain that you need to heal for a while and that you'll be back full time shortly. As far as the farm goes, for a while smaller might be better.... just don't give up. You tube can wait for a while. Just pop one in every so often to let us know how you're doing. When you get better, you can add more back on to the job, farm and us. Your family will stand by you because you are more important to them than anything else. Love is a great healer and family is a great medicine. The material things are not as important as society would have us think . Love, family and faith are the important things.

In December of 2017 I had the same clogged artery and my first stent put in. I didn't have a heart attack then! In May of 2018 I did have a heart attack and was driven to the hospital and was rushed to the Cath lab. I had 2 other arteries that were 95% clogged! They put in two more stents in, and I have been in great health and all my stents are working the way they are supposed to. These experiences are life changing. I pray to God every day for surviving these ordeals! The doctor is a miracle worker!

My advice to my one with cardiac issues from the foods we eat (fatty fried foods)… go vegan for a couple weeks and move out of enclosed areas because of the gas(farts). After a few weeks learning how to eat good vegan foods you like slowly add more meats in moderation. I ate more salads the first few months than I did my entire life before. I still eat lots more beans and potatoes than anyone else in the world and I have stayed away from all the medication…and fried foods. Took my three years but I was 63. Youth and the man above are on your side.

And my doctor said “if it has a nutrition label on it, don’t eat it.” So, meat, veggies, beans, home made bread, lots of water…

    • @tillmanfamilyfarm7759

Turns out that the little bit of fried food is all I’ve had to cut out. We have always eaten what we’ve grown or hunting for. I made myself believe that I was eating bad because that’s the only thing it could be, right??? NO. Turns out this fancy body of mine makes triglycerides. Cool right!! Not so much. Doctors say that a bad diet would bring bad cholesterol and high triglycerides. But high triglycerides alone is a genetic issue. But I must say that I have eaten more fresh veggies and salads. We freeze and can a ton of what we grow so meat and vegetables have always been the staple around here. Thanks for the advice and as always, thanks for watching!

You're facing your mortality at a young age. We all eventually have to face the decisions you now have to make.
We are in the process of making some similar decisions. Ours isn't caused by immediate health issues, but by the realization that we are getting older. We can't raise 50 meat birds, 4 meat hogs, a big garden, and have multiple dogs and cats, and do all the traveling we want to do.
We are considering selling our farm and downsizing so we can see the world. Africa, Alaska, Israel, Europe. All of those will take us away for weeks on end, and who am I going to get to cut 13 acres of grass? Much less stay and take care of 3 dogs and 2 cats.
You'll be ok if you take care of yourself, physically AND mentally. If trying to have a farm business is causing stress, then stop it. Raise a few animals for yourself and your family, and don't worry about having a business. $10k, $20k, $50k extra a year ain't worth a dime if you don't get to enjoy it, and mental stress is just as bad as physical stress, often worse.
Reach out if you need any physical help. I can wrangle pigs and cows for a few more years.

Doctors have all agreed that my body makes triglycerides. Ever since I left the hospital my blood sugar hasn’t been over 120. And now my blood sugar frequently drops out on the lowest dosage of medication they can give me. Side note. That’s the first time I’ve ever had hard apple cider. It’s not that great. Diet? We grow our own food. Veggies, meats and all. This happened while on vacation so we were out of routine.

@@tillmanfamilyfarm7759 Sorry that happened to you. You look good for what it's worth. Mentally, it will take strength to press on I bet. Blood sugar- also look at rebound time, fasting and 2 hours after eating. DO you mix Fats and Carbs e.g., Steak and bread or pasta? That is the Randle Cycle- you want to avoid that. Were you on ANY drugs including RX's? You might have had Metabolic syndrome and just not know it. Did you know many superfoods are harmful? They have Oxalates- even if you grow them yourself. Which veggies do you eat the most? I am reading Toxic Superfoods- Norton. Great book. I avoid Spinach, Almonds, Soy, Potatoes, Rhubard and nightshades.

32% of all deaths world wide are because of heart disease. Knowing that and still thinking a heart attack is because of a vaccine with 13bn doses given worldwide, is just really lazy thinking. People had heart attacks before the vaccine and if you watched the video he'd tell you all the other health issues he had including diabetes, and various abnormal test results, overworking his body for years. Actual contributing factors for heart disease.
