- The Finals Season 2 gameplay is retro hacker themed. It is somewhere between Watch Dogs and retro wave videos you see on UA-cam. The Finals Season 2 battle pass even has a Kung Fury inspired skin! I love all the analog tech and retro gaming references. There are three new weapons; Famas, 93R, and slug shotgun for heavies. They're also three new abilities; the portal, anti-gravity, and wall edits. Overall I love playing this. The Finals is one of the most unique FPS games that I've ever played.

This game was awesome in beta, pretty fun on initial release, but just got wayyyy too sweaty way too fast. It seems like the casual playerbase just disappeared overnight and I just can't keep up. Even with cross-play enabled I get lobbied up against PC pros.
The insanely whiny community drove me away. Nerf this, nerf that. You're bad, their bad, wahh Console players can compete. So frustrating

the biggest problem with the finals is still its lack of content, one new map, gadget, and weapon per class is nowhere near enough to hold till next season

@@badgerrsoulz7611 new season launched this week and I just checked steam and it had 30.5k peak players today. It’s certainly respectable but it’s not very popular. There are more people at any point in time playing the Sims4 on steam then there is playing the finals. Game held strong around 70k for a while in season 1 but new content just never came
@@Tonypollyoly imo this update showered us with plenty of content. Replay value is also great
@@badgerrsoulz7611 do you mostly play ranked or casuals? Power shift is a complete no go for me and I think it plays pretty poorly considering your abilities/gadgets. Light is still mostly unplayable in ranked due to lack of point presence, medium load out is identical to last season and famas isnt considered viable. The only real change is heavy’s can no longer nuke and now have an anti gravity cube. They added one map for a total of 5, and everyone I play with consider it their least favorite map since the spawns are so bad and it can take forever just traversing to an objective

My console buds tell me it feels better than ever, as long as you're not expecting it to snap your aim to people's heads like it used to. Try out the new gyro aim settings if your controller supports it.
