I wonder how much treasure is still out there? It blows my mind how there hasn't been any new technology to explore deeper in the ocean yet we can go to space.
Thats because the deep sea is harder to explore due to a simple fact of water pressure.

Angler fish 'cannot' grow up to 3 meters long (unfortunately). Their size can range anywhere from 5 inches to 3 feet... not 3 meters (10.5 feet!). But if angler fish could get that big, they would be truly terrifying.

Yonoguni was estimated at 10,000 or more years not in the millions. The rock it was made out of yes but then the sea level is estimated at 10,000 years or more which has risen since.
