Being playing "backbeat fills" great part of my drumming life avoiding fills most of the time without knowing it had a name, nice to know it is a thing. Btw tried to do the storage compound drum studio thing, they laughed at me, obviously rejected, do you bribe them in yours? hahaha
Exactly man! Been playing them for years without knowing there’s a name for them. As for the storage unit… I’ve been in this particular one for years now so they just put up with me thankfully. They don’t technically allow it however.
