Yes it is, you use a double ended Tunisian hook and two yarn sources. Idk why this video says the hat is worked in the round, it's really misleading.

@@TansyBlue yes, it is misleading. Thank you for the information! Tunisian crochet is very fascinating. I've done a couple of projects using this style, and I plan to do more as soon as I can. My daughter really likes the style now, too. 🧶
