    My mom's been asking me what the menu is for Christmas dinner, and I just had a baby so I haven't wanted to even think about that... but this is easy enough (and looks so good!). Add some steamed or roasted vegg on the side and call it a day. 😊

      Oh you must be so busy and tired. Mama here, I get. One good idea is for your mom to order some food (if she doesn't know how to cook? and bring it over to you guys for Christmas:) and if there is many more people coming, everyone can help and bring something!

    HAPPY NEW YEAR TO THE WORLD!! I made the Wellington for our New Year's Eve celebration! Because one of my kids doesn't like mushrooms, I marinated jackfruit instead! It was delicious! the crust browned up nicely on it's own! Also made the gravy to pour on top! What a special treat!!! And impressive on the table!!! Thank you, Jill♥♥♥

    I made this yesterday. Super!. I would just caution that there may not be enough salt in the crust. I will use a bit of salt next time and roll out the crust a bit thinner for me. Otherwise, delicious -= the best part? Gravy - wow!

    This looks delicious! I'm excited that it's gluten free 😊 my 7 year old wants to make it with me. Would you have any idea if I could use brown rice flour in place of the almond flour? I don't know how the 2 compare in baking. I can order almond flour, I just have rice flour already. Thank you for the recipe!

    Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! WOW! This looks amazing! I am making this for New Year's Eve, but I'm going to post here all of Jill's recipes I'm making for Christmas! I'm making lasagne (slight tweak with tofu ricotta for Dec 23), the smoked gouda cheese for a French Raclette along with the carrot dogs (pigs in a blanket fashion with the almond meal crust) Dec 24th , the colorful potato dish recently posted for Christmas day, and the shortbread cookies (using anise extract), laurabars (all kinds) and, the Christmas Spice cake!! So grateful for these recipes! Thanks to your culinary delights, Jill, I've really gotten into cooking and enjoying it, and most of all eating it!!!     As I'm watching you make this I am wondering if rice paper or a flour tortilla could be used???? That gravy made my mouth water

      A few sheets of rice paper might work. I don’t know how you would get a tortilla to hold together.

    Can i substitute the arrowroot flour for tapioca flour and can i substitute the oat flour for chickpea or buckwheat flour and is it 1 to 1 ratio
