That low boil/steam, then on the grill method is the ONLY way to make a hot dog. You're killing it with doing that as a vendor. You rarely see it. Not surprised people love it. Takes more effort, but I'd be eating here everyday because of it
Great Job dude.. everything looks great! Kinda stuff I wanna see. I used to be a corn vendor (street corn) but my propane roaster blew up on me and I winded up with severe burns on birth arms.. But thinking about going hot dogs.. This video is great! Hope you keep on growing
What is your schedule like? 3 - 5/wk? 5-8hrs a day? I hear typically a vendor would work 4hrs /day 3or 4 days a wk! To make that decent living what would you suggest?
Hey buddy my name is Leonardo am from los angelas california can you give me a useful tips or advice am just starting my hot dog business! Keep up the good work amigo
Hey Leonardo, few tips i can give is keep things fresh, freshness is the key, also play with flavors, don't be afraid, have one special of the week and if is successful add it to your menu, im pretty sure you will do great. congrats and welcome to hot dog business.
im gonna do a food truck but not hot dogs ,vendors only do it bc of the profit .im gonna do something with a higher overhead cost but it will draw the people .probably only a 10% profit but people will be happy .
I LOVE a good hot dog stand. There's basically none in my city or I would gladly give them my business. If you don't know about them consider looking into a Sonoran dog. They sell like crazy.

Your videos are getting picked up by youtube's algorithm you might wanna consider uploading new videos and monetizing them.
Bring the food to the pans, it will speed you up and look better to the customer. Love your truck!
Nice hot dogs 👍
Thank you
you should let them do the condiments might save you some time
Chicago Dog is just missing the sports peppers, or get some banana peppers and place the on the the side of the dog..
