Great job, the only issue I would have is to give the internals a good clean, probably take it outside and give it a good clean using a proprietary air duster not compressed air as the blower can ionise the air leading or use with an antistatic brush.

ek cheez, ye jo display ki bottom do corner mein halka sa blackish spot aya hai, wo kya hai and kaise thik ho sakta hai? mere imac me bhi same issue hai. khareed ne ki 1 saal ke andar hua tha, tab warranty me tha, and mera display change ho gaya tha, abhi 3rd year running, and fir same issue hua hai!! 2018 MacBook Air Retina 13 inch have excellent display but earlier models have basic HD display (non-retina) hence, not that good. 😇

Both Top-End models of iMac 27 & 16 inch MacBooks are excellent for editing purpose, you just have to decide like if u wanna carry along with you then MacBook as iMac’s cant be carried along but sure they do have brilliant huge screen with better sound 🤓, each have their own pros & cons 😇

Since, the fan is spinning means the Power supply is functioning.
Try resting your Mac’s PRAM, NVRAM and SMC.
If no luck then try refitting RAM and try single RAM’s in each slot (grab a working RAM if possible) if it doesn’t work then it need to be diagnosed further by some Apple professional.

It is not installed. Microsoft sell it seperately but sometimes under offer you get good deals on it
