I Suppose "Success" Is Subjective To Every Person, But I've Been Watching Since Your Studio Was Still In The Garage! Learnt So Much From You Fr, And Learning Consistency From You Has Brought Me So Much More Exposure, And I've Seen Nothing But Growth, Thank You For All Your Hard Work 🫶❤️
Stay Beautiful 🦋
Hit 100,000 monthly listeners all thanks to you, L.Dre 🤗
@@icywavslucky you
All the best
😢😢
Yoh
You should make a apple music video
Thanks, L.Dre, for your videos always
I have learned a lot through this channel
Would you make another video about how to upload an album on Distrokid, and it will never be removed even if I stop paying membership fees 😊
Not gonna lie, I wouldn't have any streams or monthly listeners if it weren't for your videos getting me started, especially this type that teaches the basics of marketing music. Your video were integral in getting my music heard. Much love. ✌
Why is your disposition so calming and pleasant. Also... "Chasing viral videos is not a healthy way to live."... I couldn't agree more. Thanks for making these.
Thank you very much
Congrats on 1 million monthly listeners!!
Hey man!
Really appreciate the advice coming from someone who has actually been there, done it, and succeeded. I find there's so many people giving out advice when they themselves have nothing to show that their advice works...It's honestly frustrating =/
Also you being an instrumental artist is nice too because I find most advice is from/for vocal artists.
Big thanks :)
Thank you for these points. I haven't had any song going viral yet, but consistency and playlisting help me to get more and more followers!
Always giving gems, L.Dre! Thank you for the vibes 🔥🔥🔥
oh look a guy I collaborated with
Great video! Thank you 👍 I like your perspective, patience and persistence is key 🎸
Looking to cross from primarily selling type beats to releasing songs with artist and also release instrumentals. Thank you for videos like this, they really help a lot.
Love that you do these. I'm sure this rapid growth also leads to so many streams on the back end. Like I wouldn't be surprised if you're still getting hundreds of thousands of streams on songs you released years ago.
Collab?
Thanks for the tips!
Yoooo great video, one can tell you’re speaking as someone who ACTUALLY had success in the real world .. keep it up man 👊👊
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thanks 🙏🏼 authentic and real content ❤ appreciated 💪🏽
Phenomenal video bro! Inspiring!
I have mad respect for your art at work!!!!👊🏾
I appreciate that!!
Thanks for the great video as always. Like most things that lead to success, the process is simple but certainly not easy.
This was so good, thank you L. Dre
out of all the video there is on the same topic I knew to come here because you about what you teach, quality and consistency 💯
Great Video L.Dre 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks 💯
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great video thanks for the Spotify tips
Great video. Thank you for sharing. I've just released my first Lofi instrumental track on Spotify so I'm taking a lot from this video. Thanks again.
Glad it was helpful!
great advice, thanks for sharing
your videos are so helpful, thank you so much
11:00 bro!! Insane you say this. I have an artist with over 300k monthly listeners, steady streams etc.
We did the Discovery thing and it said the exact same thing, same playlists etc and it said that are streams were up but absolutely nothing changed. If anything they went down a little!
Haven't used it since. Very weird.
hmmmmmmm 🤔 I also noticed things seemed a little slower after that but I didn't want to seem like it was a conspiracy or something
Great video, concise and well said. I’m gonna try out what you said. Thank you 🙏
Great advice man thanks
you killed it w this one bro
I like your videos. Brief and precise to the point
u a beast thank you for all your advices!!
Love your videos, thank you for the tips! I work really hard on making my music and I’m hoping these tips will help me grow my audience.
Bro thank you for this.
Thanks bro!
Very true.patince and consistency are your freinds
very nice video Ldre
Great video man
Man I’m so thankful for your tips 🎉 and thanks for the knowledge. And if you ever wanna collaborate I’m here ! :)
Can you talk more about how your track went viral, what content you made to make it happen, what was the main content other people made to make it happen etc? Thanks
Thank you ❤️👏💖
amazing video man! thanks a ton for the info. But @12:14 how can you use your monitors over your hoodie? that's crazy!
Great Content Amazing Video 💯💯💯
One Thing I would add is... Consistency is Key. The Spotify Algorithm can Pick Song on for Example "Spotify Radio" even 2 years after you Released it!!!!
Very true!
Nice info 💫
Thank you for this
Any time 🙏🏾
Thanks for the inspiring ❤
Thank you for the video, I just started making music. This will definitely help to get listeners to my Spotify page.
Factz, collaboration brings out a new you everytime. Collab! Do it!🥶🤟🏽
hey bro thanks for the vid! quick question: how much did you spend on the discovery mode thing when you tried it??? I'm a new artist and think it's worth a shot, just not sure how much I should be spending
Thanks For this video
50 million streams is insane!
Thx man
I saw you at AES NYC. Wasn’t able to come over to say hello. Im saying it now. Wasssup !!
Appreciate the video bro. I hope I do well in the contest today! See you soon :D
Jamaal
Good work
Hello, I am a relatively new artist and I make instrumental beats, as you said in the video, you do too. How did you overcome the struggles of competing with songs and artists that have lyrics, and how did you promote your tracks? And how long did it take from when you released your first track to get to 1k monthly listeners? Also is it possible for two instrumental artists to collaborate? Thanks
Great video
Thanks for this video King ! P P
You’re welcome 🙏🏾
Ty
Thx bro
Thats a video ive been waiting for, thanks for that L.Dre!
preciate it
L. Dre spoke facts in this video
It's gonna happen bro, thanks.
I'm gone
Ive been pitching my song to Spotify editorial playlist for years never Got on them.
meticulously pitching to individual playlists is hard work, but I definitely wouldn't have the streams I finally have without doing it. I would say it's definitely more reliable than trying to chase viral videos of course lol
simple n effective
I think another very useful thing is of course subit to lables for release and join theyr compilation project most labels do:)
1 and 3 on point but I’d put facebook and instagram ads above playlists any day. Playlists build streams not fans
Yeah but you have to spend so much money to see any great results
@@LDreTheGiant yeah the conversions are never gonna be amazing, I spend about $600 per month on FB/IG Spotify campaigns and average roughly 40-50 new Spotify followers per month. That’s almost $15 per follower (which is insane) but every follower is a potential ‘super fan’ who may buy a ticket or hoodie down the line!
what mic are you using?
@ldrethegiant appreciate all you do good brother. Could you possibly do a tutorial on your approach to avoid the annoying compression that Instagram and tiktok use that lowers the sound quality of a track? Sounds awful on Instagram reels and distorted on tiktok. Sounds like they change the quality from stereo to mono. Is there a solution? Thanks in advance.
Hmmm im not sure I haven't run into an issue like that in ages and I dont really do anything special
whats your reason for staying independent?
LETS GO 👀

@@LDreTheGiant YAY!
❤❤❤
hey bro big fan i just wanna ask 1 question. everyone likes my song on tiktok, i get a lot of likes, but no one listens to it on spotify. i don't know what I should do is there anything you can suggest me? :/
If anyone is down let’s collab
Don’t matter the genre
I be seeing that point a to point z reference
lesgooo
i will now become multi billionarie producer
You got this
Should you only collaborate with artists with exact same genre?
nice video
Could you explain again how you got onto lofigirl playlist? Do you give away copyright and royalties to them?
I saw somewhere they said you could use / download the songs for free use, that true?
Asking for a friend 😅
The have a label and Mondo Loops releases with them all the time and that song was part of his album with them.
And yes you can use them for UA-cam videos and streaming and all that for free
You didn’t talk in details about collaborations?
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽👨🏽🍳
How do I get unique listeners to my song SloWmo by Battlemode?
How did u manage to get more playlist saves than adds? thats unusual
I’m not sure honestly but I will say I personally never add track to my library. I usually just add to my playlists. There’s really no point of adding to your library if it’s in your playlist
One day I will do a collaboration with L.Dre I promise you that. Just watch me make that happen. I appreciate you sharing your secrets.
Great advice in this video man
Are you going to Rob the 7 - Elven . 😂
23k views but like 1.6M..!!👀

Going viral on social media has alot to do with how popular said person was prior to going viral.
I honestly confused as to why a producer would want to have Beats on streaming.... why not sell to artists and have an actual product? Artists can't even record on those beats for mkxtape purposes bc they are copywriten...
PP follow now !
tupac??????
SO basically you advertising for Spotify with your dollars and aid them retain customers new or old. Yet they'll pay you 0.000048
Never give up guys :)
Tough unemployed pie ting
