Sly is one of my inspirations. Dude got multiple offers from studios for the Rocky script, but without him as the lead. He refused to not be the lead and fought long and hard to finally make the movie with him as Rocky. At one point, he had to sell his dog because he had no money. Once Rocky took off, he bought the dog back for like a 100 grand (not sure if that's 100% true but I know he payed a lot). Sly is one of those guys that worked hard to get there. The day he pases (hopefully not soon) will be one of the sadest days ever. Love that guy! Watching Creed tmrw!!!!
