I heard these subs don't have the best sound quality. Yes they get loud which is what i'm looking for but I also want it to sound good. Do they hit the higher notes? any other subs in the 1500w rms range you guys would also consider? I already have an SAE-1500D just looking for a sub to go with it
For clean sound I would get a mtx 9500 but I dont think that 1500 will push it all the way they are stupid underrated subs 1000 watts wont even push it it has a 4 inch coil and weighs like 60 lbs I have mine on my kicker kx2400 all day no problem still wants more
IDIOTIC DISTORTION! There are QUALITY speakers I have a 3way system that has 10" woofers They have a 5lb magnet structure They produce ALL the bass ANY music has to give 'em At high, room filling, sound levels Yet they barely move Q!! U!! A!! L!! I!! T!! Y!! Makes all the difference!!

+Don Hills RMS is 1500 on the v2. It can take 3000 all day though.

Maybe an American Bass HD or perhaps a Fi Audio BTL. Was going to suggest soundqubed hdc4 but they don't make those anymore
