Let's Get Fermenting! Peach Salsa, Red Onions, and Cilantro Lime Hot Sauce

Today is all about the fermentation! I've got some beautiful peaches from the local orchard, so we're making fermented peach and tomato salsa. I'm finally using up a large amount of my onion harvest in a project and fermenting them! We love pickled onions in our house, so this seemed like a no brainer. Finally, we're using some serranoes from the garden to make a cilantro lime fermented hot sauce.
