  • STOP OVERSTRETCHING YOUR HIP FLEXORS
    Listen, I have had major tendinitis in my hip flexors and a knotted up psoas. The key to creating relief? 1. I stopped over stretching in my lunges and straining the delicate tissues in the front of the pelvis and 2. I, with much dedication and consistency, flossed my hamstrings to decrease the substitutional tug they were causing my hip flexors.
    It’s not an easy out! But it’s long term relief and sustainable. And sometimes it was uncomfortable, but now I don’t ache. With much gratitude… love you! Hope this leaves you feeling fab.
