I use it and have never had this bug, and there are players that don't use it and do suffer with the AP bug, so it isn't conclusively due to Thirst Quencher.
Yeah, it's an overall bug with AP, not just thirst quencher. I use grim reapers sprint as well, and my AP has either been bugging out and staying at max or when it drains it just won't regen.
I use Thirst Quencher and there really isn't a difference in regen, if anything it regens a bit faster with the perk on. AP is just broken though, it's been letting me sprint endlessly as long as nothing else would take me out of the sprint state, which is good because chunks of AP just disappear at random.
Natural Resistance is an easy S tier imo, poison can be gotten from union and legendary perks, fire is also more common than one would expect (anglers, earl, environment, selfdmg) and is only accesible through legendary perks or effects, clearing up your 2 star armor effects is great and you really dont need a lot of these elemental resistances for it to make a huge difference
I hadn’t thought about the union armor. That’s a good point. I personally don’t see fire as that big of a threat myself (aside from the Earle fight) but poison is bane of all players.
Having the fireproof perk on top of having a +25 fire resistance legendary (only 1 is needed) makes your extremely durable against fire attacks, especially when you are a bloodied build.
I will add the following. The new "endurance" perks revolve around not having a disease. With a bit of work and adding vaccinated to the list (for the extra point) along with rejuvenated, I am able to rock a 134% disease resistance now ensuring I do not lose my points for the 4 new Endurance 1 pointers. Putting the 4 of them together really makes them S++ IMO. Great video.
Damn, good video, man. I was literally just thinking about making an endurance update video myself. Edit: And the courage, the cowardly dog theme was a nice touch.
Homebody isn't quite useless, but I really don't know why they thought the effect was worth spending 2 points on. It is rather useful while building your CAMPS, I've found that it is not uncommon to be attacked while building if you don't set up a ton of defenses first, and you can end up losing a good chunk of health in the process of leaving build mode and getting your bearings. (Especially if you're using free cam to build) It also has some niche uses when taking on certain events, like letting you face-tank through Scorched Earth if you place a CAMP just outside the nuke zone. Outside those rather niche uses though it ends up useless because there are so many other ways to heal, especially in your own CAMP. I'd say it probably deserves a C-tier. Also, Adamantium Skeleton is a bit more useful than that for anyone with the bird bones mutation. The mutation makes it so easy for your limbs to get broken that it becomes almost a requirement if you want to use heavy weapons; both limb breaks and limb restores interrupt firing and make you spin your weapon up again, potentially trapping you in a death loop if you don't have a secondary weapon without a spin-up delay.
@@TJutin That's what Happy Camper was for, and I think the effects of Dromedary and Slow Metabolizer were also supposed to be up that alley. That damage never really bothered me though; it didn't kill, the process of refilling your hunger and thirst would also refill your health, and by the time your gauges got that low you usually had enough built up that you wouldn't be getting attacked directly.
If you use party boy too nuka dark gives 6 strength and perception good for melee and gun builds there’s another charisma perk that adds luck to its buffs too forgot what it’s called
in regards to the Chem resistant and "chems don't cause as much thirst and hunger" perk cards, what if they give 5% or 10% damage resistance per level of the perk card by equipping them? would that work to make them better? I think that would make even level 1 version perk cards of those perk cards good to have. You get both less downsides to chem use, and also damage resistance thanks to that.
@@TJutin It could be a "using chems gives 5% damage resistance for 2 minutes the cards" or it could be "using chems does not have as much downsides to thirst and hunger, plus you get 5% damage resistance by equipping this perk card" sort of deal.
Are you low health or high health? If low health you would at a minimum want fireproof, radicool, thirst quencher (when its fixed). If you are investing more points grab natural resist, vaccinated, iron stomach, rejuvenated and life giver. For full health: same thing but don’t use radicool.
Considering that your max health at END 15 is 320, +45 is a bit more than a 20% boost... and even if you're at lower health (like 20% for best Bloodied effect), the +9 that Life Giver adds... is still a considerable boost.
Thrust Quencher is great but currently bugged.. Affects AP regen negatively
I was wondering what was going on with my regen ty

Yea it’s pretty bad when it just sits at 0 for like 20 seconds

4:39 loved the usage of courage the cowardly dog music hell i even liked and subscribed
Thanks! Glad to hear you enjoyed that too lmao

Great video.
Thanks! I agree vaccinated is a solid pick now with the buff. I like that these buffs all sort of play into each other too.

Thank you, I thought the sounds track would be appropriate lmao

The first thing that came to mind with homebody was healing dmg from hunger back in the day when you needed to fill your meters while building.

Charisma will be a fun category to investigate. Thank you for the tip

That would be a change I would be interested in. If it gave chems the added effect of reducing incoming dmg similar to overeaters

Those changes would for sure move the needle for myself and other players. Especially if it worked with stimpacks.
i thought iron lad will be a-tier been usin it since start played this game good to know, what would u recommend END perk for rifle build?

When do you ever need to swim for any longer than a few seconds? Aquaboy is trash.
🤧 one day it’ll be S tier again
I think max tier life giver ads a WHOPPING +7 hp (after becoming irradiated) to my bloodied build. Wasnt really worth it imo
I agree that the investment isn’t worth it imo as I low health user myself I don’t run it but other builds do find it useful

Nuka-cola a bit of a waste of space all good effects don't last long enough to be any good. Even with perk cards. 🤔😎👍
