Their fruity cereal protein is so good! It has a slight lemon taste like the cereal. It gets frothy as well but for the taste alone I love it, no bad after taste either! So glad they came out with pre workout samples too! I also use balance, I’ve taken it for 3 months and have had improvements in skin and sleep. Hey! Just so you know technically all women or people who can get pregnant are supposed to take folate. The crucial development time for the nervous system in a fetus is the 1st trimester. Most women don’t realize they are pregnant until later in the 1st trimester (I think usually around 7-8 weeks) and taking folate by that time won’t be as helpful! I believe it helps with hair growth as well.

I think I'll be passing on this one sadly... Sucralose can't be filtered from the water supply so I wouldn't feel comfortable using it. Great review, though. In balance I'm pretty sure its the DIM that alters your hormones. DIM is known as an estrogen blocker, which high estrogen is not uncommon. High estrogen is responsible for mood swings, weight gain, acne, and a lot of hormone related issues.
I took balance for 6 months and it EFFED me up. First month I had good results but it made my periods worse. Huge waste of money for me but happy to see its helping some.

Stefany Del Cid you want to drink the pre workout prior to working out, about 30 minutes before. and then mix the bcaa’s in your water bottle that you’d usually sip on during your workout. you can drink bcaa’s before or after, but most people, including myself, drink it while working out.
