Here is the UK, yesterday I bought an old Fireking Safe50 at a very good price from a local dealer, although told the combination lock/dial did not work. With a working key lock also present, i did not mind, the safe being a good, solid job (to this long-retired mechanical engineer/designer) compared to Chinese-made junk (excuse the pun) and after watching a video on how to fix it and establish the dial settings, I was just now disappointed to find the whole rotary lock mechanism is missing. Sorry to learn the aftersales service is so bad. I won't be enquiring about replacement parts from them - probably too expensive anyway. I will still be storing my few gold & silver Eagles and Buffalo's in it.

I have emailed 4 times asking for either support in getting our 2 FireKing safes open or connect me to their local recommended authorized service/locksmith. I wanted FireKing's advice/service before I call someone local and a chance of possibly butchering it up. All 4 times I have received the "Thank you for your contact, someone will be in touch in 24 or 48 hours". Sent from a .gov email and CC'ed multiple email addresses listed on their sight such as Customer Service and Sales email, Safes Technical Service email, Safes Keys and Combinations. And then nothing. Will go with another brand who wants life long customers next time.
Joe Shmoe bought a fire king safe 3 days ago it was heavy as hell to get in and after reading this comment I just went to the curb grabbed the box found the receipt and im returning it tomorrow when the store opens now I have to carry this heavy thing again and drive it all the way back to the store, can’t risk it not opening on me hopefully they take my return box is damaged and the foam in the box and hopefully the store takes returns (UPDATE: returned the safe today for full cash back fireking is garbage)
