    I am constantly amazed at how well a WFPB lifestyle works for me. When I feel hungry, even after eating what I thought was plenty of starch and vegetables, I am somewhat reluctant to eat more because I'm worried I will overeat. I fight this fear (which I've had for YEARS) and go ahead and indulge in more starch and, shockingly, don't gain weight! It seems miraculous to me! I have never eaten as much in my life as I do now that I am WFPB and I easily maintain a very healthy weight/BMI. THANK YOU Emmie for all you do. I especially enjoy hearing from your clients who have benefitted from your expertise. Oh! And I NEVER count calories.

    Mindset! I struggle with late night snacking too.
    Thanks so much for explaining the hunger/fullness cues!!! I thought my body didn't have full cues but I've probably been ignoring them for too long

    Just found this channel n subscribed. Ive been veggie/vegan most of my life but recently forced myself to eat carnivore. I felt a lot of guilt n could smell the blood/death. After 3 weeks I tolerated it n lost 7lb. Now I'm fed up eating the same thing. Miss my vegan lifestyle. I enjoyed prepping the foods. I do have 2.5 stone still to lose. Done all the diets in the past. Weight Watchers worked but that was when I was a lot younger. I'm now 59. I dont want to eat meat anymore! Thank you for the idea of mashing pinto beans up! I can add garlic puree n herbs as a spread on toast. Just signed up to your mailing list to. Anyone reading this from UK??? Buddy up somehow? My friends are all carnivore! 😢

    Thank you for sharing Healty Mummy's first meal. I always wondered how she used the carrots...were they cooked and added to the oatmeal or added raw? Shredded, whole, or baby carrots? Great video as always. Shout out to those who are contemplating working with Healthy Emmie....DO IT! I am a previous client and still have the weight off that I lost. I LOVE eating plant-based. I have been eating the SOS way for 2 years now....have there been "bumps in the road?" Of course, I am human but I am able to get back on track and feel so much better when I do.     I would like to see videos on meals that show portions of all the 4 groups. I've been plant base going on 3 years and initially I lost 25 lbs but I can't get the last 25 lb off. I keep reading that when your WFPB you don't need to count calories - I now realize that I should not have been eating oil, even though all the plant based books and recipes i found all had oil in them except "How not to die" . I loved the videos with your Mother as I am the same age. I would love to be coached by you but I already know I couldn't afford it. You have great information that I haven't seen before. I just finished the starch solution so I am hoping incorporating these new ideas it will work.

    Great video! Thank you. I definitely would like to understand stress eating better and how to control it. Also would love to gain a better understanding on which sweeteners are okay to use. Years of diet sweeteners have scared me away from things like maple syrup which is a hard mind shift.

    The recipes look really good actually tasty I was wondering if you could talk about after 5:00 when you come over and you're not hungry at all but you just want to eat to soothe yourself or Comfort yourself because that's so sabotaging for me and it's emotional mental struggle have good days where I donate after work but I'm not hungry.     Hi Emmie!! Love the video! Also, for some video suggestions can you please do a video where you explain actual fat burn and how the body burns the fat/ cellulite in your body when eating WFPB? I went WFPB
    5 months ago and I have lost sooo much actual fat/ cellulite and I am sooooooo surprised!! I NEVER thought for one second that would happen!! I have never lost cellulite from ANY DIET EVER!! I am so happy, but my mind can’t wrap around if the carbs are fueling me then how am I losing cellulite??? I would love to see a video on the science of that! Also, I would love to see more videos of you out and about and seeing how you actually navigate food options when out! Thanks so much Emmie!!😉👍🏽

      I also lost cellulite eating this way, but I also lost tone in my skin, started getting more crepy,loose skin, loss of firmness, perhaps because I'm 48?

      @@patriziagiammaria3541 as we age and go through menopause - I'm 59- our skin loses it's firmness due to lack of estrogen and reduction of collagen. I had late onset menopause at age 57 so my skin was fine until that time and then whammo - instant looser and crepey skin. My advise is to do some resistance exercises with weights to fill the areas with muscle. This is what I'm doing and it's helping a lot with the appearance in my opinion

    I would like to see a video addressing how to eliminate a specific food or junk food out of one's diet. Specifically, milk chocolate is my vice. I have tried making and eating chocolate nice cream or chocolate energy bites made with oats and seed butter. I have tried going cold turkey which lasts for awhile but I always want this junk. Telling myself it's junk helps as does reviewing my fat loss and muscle gain goals. But none are perfect methods.

    I learned that intense cravings are some type of hunger cue for me. I could go all day without eating, but around 3-4:00 I get intense cravings. I’ve learned to honor that, because I don’t get hungry. Best I get is an empty feeling. I honor this intense craving with something healthy. Right now that’s plain steamed corn on cob. I lose weight honoring my craving

    I have been following your whole food plant based diet since last year and I have lost 40 pounds, but in the last few months my hair has been falling out like crazy, I am thinking it is for lack of protein, can you please tell me what supplements you are taking that can prevent or stop this from happening?       Do you supplement with B12? It can cause hair loss. You absolutely MUST take B12.
