My father is a very successful leader with a long career in business and now years of contribution in arts, culture and universities. There are 3 "superpowers" that he has that I think have helped him have such a positive effect in each of these environments.

Your father sounds like a great man. Within the past three years I was fortunate to meet someone very like your father. It meant that I was coming into contact with someone who was just by observing him, helping me to understand better the value of the people I work with, and to make me aware of how being in service to others makes changes in tasks easier to do.
