Hi, I recently bought the vacuum cleaner but I see that it is a little heavy, I do not know if it is a factory defect but I notice that the tires do not roll well. Did this happen to you too?
Haha I would say you're smart and motivated! I totally get it. I ran a professional cleaning business for 12 years. It's really hard to find a good cleaner. Hopefully this machine helps a little bit. Thanks for watching!
You say "pull" like "pool". I'm guessing that's a local accent. Curious on what part of the country you're from. Thanks for the video. So much better than trying to figure out your average manual!
i just bought mine a month ago. and i HATE IT.. honestly . Ive tried a couple of cleaning just to give it chance but all my cleaning has become more messier and a lot MORE work to do then what I expected. Mine absolutely does not suck nor clean properly. It leaves a wet dirty hard floor and really yucky looking rugs. Looking at this video, my machine does not do anything that this reviews saying. Please help. is my machine broken?
Please please people, dont dump that dirty down your sink (unless it's a laundry room or garage sink, because those are typically piped to your black water), or flush it down the toilet. Your black water pipes are the only ones that are equipped to take such debris. With that being said thank you very much for teaching me how to use my crosswave.
Throw the dirty water out into the garden not down the sink or toilet bowl because despite the filters there is nearly always clogged dust . Also if you pour clean water into the tray and switch on the machine with the handle titled back this cleans the roller so you don’t have to keep taking the roller in and out
I typically do if I’m cleaning the whole floor. I don’t vacuum first if I’m just doing a quick spill or spot. I did a test video here using it as a vacuum: Testing the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro Floor Cleaner ua-cam.com/video/qqnpYASELOo/v-deo.html
Does it function without water as well? I have two cats and three bunnies, lots of furrrr. I am not sure if this device is capable to handle heavy vacuuming rather than washing clean surfaces
I’m not sure off the top of my head. Let me take a look and I’ll follow up. Is it leaking from around the cap area where you would fill it up with water?
I’m happy with it. We have all hard surface floors throughout the house so it’s helpful when I clean all the floors at once. It’s not faster than mopping the floor manually but does a good job. Crumbs or dirt in corners or around the edges don’t always get picked up. It was around $320 at the time I purchased it.
It’s not 100% self clean. You fill the tray with water and then you need to manually turn the machine on and tilt the handle back for the brush to turn on. By the time I’ve done all that it’s faster and easier for me to just pop the brush out and wash it off. But either way works.
How does the vacuum feature do on vinyl flooring and throw rugs? I assume you would want to vacuum then mop every time and not just use this unit for spills or mopping.
You don't have to vacuum first this vacuums and along with mopping. I have recently started using this on the vinyl floors in the commercial buildings I clean and they come out fantastic
I can see this working very well not just for pet accidents ,but for elders and potty trainers.
Very helpful, clear and thorough. Thank you!
The tray is actually for cleaning the unit before storing it - you pour the water in the hole and run it til clean

Thanks so much! I'm a dumb older woman who just fired her housecleaner because she didn't clean well. So I'm learning how to use my Crosswave Pet Pro.

Me too😂
Same!!!!
thank you, Christ blessings to you, needed just what you shown...have a wonderful week!
Thank you so much for this video! I also don't have a cleaner anymore, so now I know how to use my Crosswave!!
Yeah I love mine. I just did the floors this weekend! I'm the cleaner around here...
Drew smith you are so helpful ❤
Nice video. This is a tricky machine w lots of parts so I have referred to this frequently (until I get muscle memory locked in!)
Awesome! Glad it was helpful. Does it work well for you?
Thanks man, you explained really well

What would you dump it down then??
All my drain pipes go to the same place.
I have the battery powered unit and it runs for about 20 minutes before needing a 4 hour recharge. Get the electric one.
Do we have to use the Bissell solution or can we sub it with something else cheaper?
Great video!
Awesome, glad you found it helpful! Thanks for watching.
Thank you Drew
What do i do if i have cleaned it , taken it apart. And somehow it still wont suck anything up. Please help
Thank you!
You’re welcome, glad it was helpful!
I’m just asking one question. How open or closed should the black cap be
It needs to be on snug. Just make sure no water leaks out when you hold it upside down.

Yes it works pretty good for picking up dry hair. I did a test video here if you’d like to check it out: ua-cam.com/video/yoUI6nQ2EgU/v-deo.html
@@MyProjectWeekend you just convinced me to buy this one, thank you
I just received the cordless max 🎉
I just purchased this and when I fill the clean water tank, it leaks from the round rubber seal. How can I fix this?

I got a hold of Bissell and they are sending me a new clean water tank. It's leaking from the larger round seal. @@MyProjectWeekend
Can I use this as a regular vacuum for My bedroom?
Yes you can!
I can't remove the head component. Is there another way other than pulling?
Next time show the cleaning of that filter thing too. Good.
👍
thanks for the video. Are you happy with the purchase? How much did it cost you in the US? They sell for $400-450 AUD here in the AU
Just bought this at Sam’s for $180 USD
@@Kricket2020 the cheapest it ever drops to in australia is $280 USD, usual price around 320$ USD
@@abowden5079 my apologies, I misspoke. Mine is the cross wave complete. It must be a lesser model.

The light is off and on.
Give me your thoughts
The light turns on when you pull the trigger to dispense water and solution on the brush. It turns off when you let go. Is that what you’re seeing?
Mine will not clean up dryed messes on hard floor
You didn’t read the instructions? You worked so hard 😢 the tray is for running a clean cycle. You didn’t have to do so much, friend 😊
Some people say work smarter not harder!
Mine isn't working on my area rug. It's like the suction is too strong.
Try using it in the opposite direction. I did this and it worked for me
I'm having the same problem no suction I need help!
Why is it so hard to vacuum my carpets.
How do I take handle out? 0:54
Yours does not self clean the brush?

How do you take off the handle for shipping
Hi. There’s a button on the back, push that in & it releases the handle.

Would rather see it cleaning up pet hair as it is”pet pro”
I’ll make a video showing how it does with pet hair. I’ve got a German Shepard/Lab mix who sheds a lot. Thanks!

That’s what I’m saying! It’s literally a vacuum designed for pets. Show me it in action.
I thought it was made for humans... Stay tuned for the next video featuring my dog using this vacuum.
I was fresh out of animal urine. Supply chain issues.
what about the steam feauture?
That’s a different model. The one with a steam feature is called the Bissell Crosswave Hydrosteam. The one in this video is a Crosswave Pet Pro.
