I just returned from Bucharest with WizzAir and I share your judgement. Very punctual, clean and new plane, friendly crew and some choices at the service plus decent prices ! What to expect more from a budget airline...

I flew Wizz Air last week for the first time LTN-KRK, and found it to be a pleasant experience. The flight attendants were very nice, there was plenty of leg room, and we departed Krakow on time and arrived in Luton twenty five minutes early. What's not to like!
same I flight Luton but Katowice insted it was good exprince the let me go inside the cockpit!

I'm a regular Wizz-Kid Flying out of Bratislava,Vienna , Prague or even Budapest. I'm confused that you sat at the back when your Priority Booking gave you a choice of Row 1 with Extra Leg room. Currently I have 14 Flights planned with with them mostly new routes including Faro,Marakesh,Sardinia and Abu Dhabi! For this reason I have both the annual Priority Pass and of course the Discount Club!
Great hospitality from the crew. I had a situation or two when there were issues with payments and they let it slide.
I know I'm a year late (new subscriber, sorry haha) but I used to fly Wizz all the time when I lived in Bulgaria. Best budget airline. Hands down. I'm a big guy (100+ Kg) and never felt the pitch was too small. Plus if you live in Europe (especially in a place with Wizz flights) you can get their premium pass (or whatever it's called) 200 euro a year and you get all the things you got with your priority. If you fly 5 times round trip a year you've earned it back. I found myself buying a 16 euro flight and getting all the amenities of priority. It's really nice. I miss flying with them.
The coffee experience has probably impacted on Wizz Air in a very positive way.
How can you not love an airplane with purple and pink livery? Unforgettable experience with WA: I was on an inaugural flight from Dubai to Kiev back in 2013 (i think), flew from Budapest back to Dubai ( the fare for that flight was way cheaper than the taxi rate i had from Maktoum airport to downtown dubai) and I had the smoothest landing of my life courtesy from a very experienced pilot (looks like he was about retire) greeting disembarking passengers, such a nice gesture! I miss Wizz Air love to fly with them again....

My best friend has flown wizz air so many times in the last 12 months flying from Luton to Bacău in Romania She loves the airline, she says they are friendly polite and really looked after her in every flight especially because she can’t speak Romanian, a lot of the crew got to know her as did the guy at immigration at Bacău airport lol
I flew wizz air multiple times and the crew are brilliant and the pilots are so skilled I remember them landing with so much fog and without the plane even shaking

Landing in the time of Fog is Autopilot :P, under certain visibility pilots are not allowed to land, they however monitor the autopilot.
I fly Wizzair all the time, because I live in Budapest, and they have a wide network of routes. The experience has usually been positive. The flight crews have always been kind and polite, the planes and new and clean, and the pilots are often diligent about updates during the flight, which I appreciate. Sometimes they can be mercenary (Ryanair level), such as with very expensive seat selections (on non-priority tickets) and lower-than-average checked baggage weight allowance (20 kg), but my experiences with Wizz have been much more pleasant than a recent long-haul flight with Lufthansa. Without Wizz, my husband and I wouldn't have been able to see each other nearly as often while we were long-distance for a year, because other carriers were either inconvenient or too expensive. So, I like Wizzair and typically fly them over other airlines, even flag carriers, when possible.

Thank-you for your most informative, yet succinct flight review of Wizz Air, which is not only my first view of the carrier, but also is my first of your flight reviews for me to enjoy. By the way, my name is “Guerry”, which is pronounced, “President and Dictator for Life” (I AM JUST JOKING!). But seriously, one of the reasons I enjoyed your video was because in just over 11 minutes, you provided me enough information to form a substantive, positive opinion about the airline.
Unfortunately, being a tall man with some back problems, there is no way I could comfortably sit for long with such a short seat pitch. However, by no means does that overshadow the other facets that made me consider the airline to be a great option if someone prefers traveling on an economy carrier. When you showed the neighboring empty seats, it reminded me of a flight I took from Atlanta in the States to Frankfurt. After I boarded, a rather attractive lady was preparing to sit next to me. However, for such a long flight, I was hoping to have the extra seats rather than socialize with the pretty lady. So I asked her if she snored in her sleep. It was then that she opted to sit elsewhere, which gave me 2 extra seats to stretch and relax on the 8 hour flight.
I think you made the right decision to purchase the full package for your flight, which included free baggage handling and other amenities. It is more important for me to have the extra flexibility and comfort on a flight than to save a few dollars. I also noticed @6:07 that you pulled your window shade down enough to prevent the glare from affecting your selfie shot. That was pretty clever. I was surprised to hear that Ryan Air has suspended serving alcohol during this Covid-19 period of restrictions. For I had always heard that alcohol tends to kill germs and be more sanitary than other beverages. Besides, after a few martinis, I tend to be much friendlier and make everyone I meet my best friend forever. Of course, those friendships do not last as long as my headache the next morning.
The free coffee was a very nice gesture on the part of the flight crew. I cannot state from just your review whether the crew was having a good day or Wizz Air does a good job of training them. Nevertheless, that was a big plus for me. But the most impressive aspect of the airline was how well the cleanup crew serviced the lavatory between flights. On most flight reviews I have seen, lavatories tend to be like a petri dish, even after cleaning between flights. Even before Covid-19 affected lives, I have been a stickler for cleanliness.
Again Josh, I thought you did a very good job with your flight review, and I am very thankful that you made it for us. Please keep up your good work, and I am looking forward to view your next video.
Nice to see your videos again, thanks for taking that step for us. Although I usually try and avoid budget airlines, Wizz Air doesn't seem too bad, very friendly cabin crew. I think the passengers should pay for the covid test when you're on a leisure trip because nobody forced you to fly. When you're on a business trip I think the employer should pay for it because those people are kinda forced to fly. But no, the government of a country didn't ask anyone to fly, so I don't think they should pay for it.
Your employer doesn't actually pay for anything you just receive a smaller salary than otherwise.

I really like Wizz Air. I consider them to fall into the ultra low cost airline category. Operating an Airbus fleet is big plus as they generally have a bit more of a spacious feel, when compared to the 737.✈️

Wizz Air has the densitest configuration there with 239 seats and 71cm legroom which is pain on 3+h flight for 185cm+ passengers.
Wizzair is a disgrace, they charged 80 euro check-in fee for 2 persons with boarding passes in hand after self check-in we passed through all airport gates but the last one where they said we somehow got checked back out by the system and they cannot let us board unless they check us in for 80. Never ever fly them again
Now i know why many people dislike 👎 this airline. 😒
It was empty! If you want real fun on Wizzair, try the early morning ‘workers’ playtime’ service from London Stansted to Bucharest or a Sunday evening flight fro Katowice to Stansted. You might gain a slightly less rosy impression.
I think Wizzair should get their act together and stop all these delays. They are hardly ever on time!!!
I laughed when u said they took it back ur coffee in Norwegian air Haaaaaaaaaaahahahahahhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. But was really nice of the crew to give you that coffee for free in Wizz air . In this vlog u look bright and shine,is that bcuz of lockdown :)

I have traveled with Wizz Air for many many years, and I love their customer service, they are soo polite and landings are great.
They are usually on time (destination and arrival) so I love Wizz Air

I flew wizz air about 2 years ago, and i got to say, it is a good airline
At 3:22, the distance an A321 XLR can fly is approx 4500 to 4700 nm. Which is equivalent to approx. 8500 to 8800 Kms.
wizzair is cool when you are on board... decent food combos and combined offers... the luggage policy used to be far less confusing in the past

I had wizz air priority once and it was so good!
I love wizzair absolutely amazing service the crew is so kind and supportive and the pilots are on top , I flew wizzair back in 2011 when I was around 8 years old and I still remember when the plane landed it was as smooth as butter we didn’t even realise we landed only when we looked out of the window, it’s an amazing airline and I’m proud of wizzair because it’s the airline belongs to Hungary which is where I was born 😍

I’m flying to Jordan next month with Wizz Air. Judging by the positive comments I can rest assure I don’t need to skeptical just because it’s a budget airline *cough cough Ryanair*
Right on par with Spirit and their 28”. Their “Big Front Seat” is defiantly worth every penny. I believe it was only $35 more when I flew them from Tampa to New Orleans.
My last EasyJet flights had no seat recline. Personally I like that given the length of flights.
Some people have no concerns for anyone else. There is barely enough room for your knees and they recline their seat to smash your knees on purpose!
Fun Fact : Longest Budget European Airline Flight . Is Easyjet from London Gatwick to Aqaba in Jordan . Flight Time is 5h 45mins and flies on the a321 or the Neo version
The longest European budget one for years has been London Gatwick - Hurghada but it’s Manchester - Hurghada now.

Once on Norwegian my debit card also had been declined but the crew handed me over the wine for free. I guess it's just depends on the person...
The airline I travel the most on is wizzair, amazing planes. What I hate about Ryanair is that it looks cheap, but then you relise that there is baggage you have to pay for, and if you are traveling in a pair, the price says eg £80 but you pay £160 at checkout because £80 is per person, wizzair puts the price right in your eyes and never shows per peoson pices, only 3 prices you can choose that have all baggage options clear.

My wife and I flew Wizz air from Paris beauvais to Latvia. The ground staff were terrible and basically charged huge amounts for normal baggage. On board, the staff were all grumpy. Latvia itself was great as for Wizz air,never again.
I've been flying with Wizzair from the very beginning on the LTN -KTW route and I can honestly recommend this airline, sure the seats aren't as good as they used to be and I've had a few adventures, a 6 hour delay and a burst tyre situation but its still a good airline, the customer service is always exceptional

Wizz is slowly getting away from the budget prices. They usually start offering low prices on a new route and then start increasing. Their flights can be delayed for +3 hours. They often change the aircraft last minute (between a320 and a321) and you're issued with a new boarding pass with a totally different seat than the one you've paid and selected. During the peak season, the crew sometimes don't have time to clean the interior properly. So, you can end up to a seat with full of crackers on the floor.
The crew is great though. Always working towards a solution and often solving it.
I used to love WizzAir when they first started flying around here. It was a great competition against Ryanair (which I don't sympathize). But they've let me down many times by bad organisation from their end. I'd rather fly with Ryanair and expect these kind of things than flying with Wizz for plus 20-30% of the price of Ryanair.

Wizz Air is an excellent airline. Much better than Ryanair or Easyjet. Very simple and efficient internet site. New planes. Best prices.
In regards to the 28" pitch sounds exactly like Spirit Airlines here in the US. Flew them from Tampa to New Orleans. Was miserable since im 6'2". Flight home I paid the $35 extra for the "Big Front Seat" which is a business class sized seat just without the business class extras. I flew last week on an older American Airlines A321 that was a former US Airways bird from LAX to Charlotte and even with 31" of pitch was murder for me lmao. I need to remember to not be cheap and pay for the exit row seats next time lmao

Bringing up the kind gesture of your coffee situation, I had one awful experience on-board of JAL flight LAX - KIX where X-flight attendant served me one cup noodle and soon after she came back and ask it back, because she mistakenly offer it, that was a special service for PREMIUM SEATS only...
That’s very poor service attitude I wouldn’t expect from JAL.
They aare really the best! While everyother airline was closing their bases and retairing aircrafts, wizzair opened 7 new bases in europe: St. Petersburg, Milan Malpensa, Larnaca, Salzburg, Dortmund, Bacau and Tirana, now they have 35 bases across Europe and they are going to open new base in Abu Dhabi in September.
I have flown with them 16 times, you can see that on my yt channel i have some vidoes from them, their crew is always smiliny, always helpful and profesionaly trained.The legroom isnt a problem becouse everything else is always great with them.Their pink and blue colours make the cabin to be special.
All of that makes them to be the best low cost airline in Europe, and with their order from 280 planes, they will become the best budget airline in the world.Also this month Airbus has delivered thier first A320Neo, now they have 4 of them!

At least you could afford to pay for the test !! It is an interesting debate here in Australia where MOST testing is free on a drive thru basis !! It just depends of course on how long it takes to get the result !! Leg room looks a bit tight !! Great to see another excellent flight review and a pretty good flight at that !! I've flown WizzAir many times and it's definitely superior to all the other budget airlines. My only quibble is that at most airports they have a restrictive time between opening checkin and flight time (usually two hours). And at airports where other airlines give three hours at least.
I used to fly with ryanair but does an emergency I only find tickets for same day flights and lucky 3 seats I need in the same row believe me I was very impressed with the seats space leg and the comfy and the crew service and I booked it back to London because I felt it deserved my money well spent in a budget airline and I will travel again with wizz air

"Wizz Air seems like a good airline which isn't too crazy about making money at all costs" LMAO As someone who flew them 32 times (next one tomorrow), I STRONGLY disagree. You have chosen the Go fare which is like €80 more. An average pax cannot even check in online, only a bag is allowed etc. The A321neo seats are very hard. They have no free rebooking (Wizz Flex). One thing I love about them is the Wizz Discount Club which gives you €10 discount for every flight.
Erm, "an average pax" can check-in online. Wizz are apparently following the tendency, which could easily be noticed among the other budget airlines - free online check-in from 48 to 3 hours before the flight. The allowed luggage is usually enough for the target group of budget airlines - quick trips or weekend getaways. Also, WizzAir often have offers, which allow getting Flex (changing your flight for free) for just 1 EUR extra. In my country there's a bank which partners with Wizz and they have the group Discount Club membership included for free, and a points scheme too (1 EUR = 2 pts, approximately).
I don't have that much experience flying with Wizz, but so far - I'm impressed for how much you can get for this much money, it really is revolutionary for some people. :)
