I have been going to this small phone repair shop to get my iPhone xr screen replaced for a couple of times now, I got so frustrated and honestly I gave up getting new screen. my phone just goes off from a small drop on the floor....for example: I accidentally knocks the phone from my bed to the carpet floor,
like there's no cracks or anything on the screen, the screen looks completely fine, however when I charge it the iPhone logo comes on and it goes on and off but it doesn't turn on.
So I've been looking for replacing screen videos on UA-cam so I can fix it myself, keep in mind I have zero knowledge on how to replace screen but after watching this video it gave me a bit of confidence on replacing the screen so thank you, very helpful video.
If you know what causes it and could let me know, that'll be awesome :)

What if the little silver piece breaks on the top where face recognition snaps in that the braket slides under when your putting screws back in

Is the lcd one you have in description are same as regular ones screen replacement
Description LCD is not OEM from Apple. You can only get after market LCD. Unless going back to Apple for original screen.

You can use heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive. I'll just cut it as is...lol

My brother gave me dis phone but he didn’t buy it his ex gf gave me dis phone dis was her phone but she gave it to me I’m trying to see can I get it fixed without da warranty
@@kearagreene2750 That's nice of her. Advised to bring to your local iphone repair shop and get it repair. This repair can be difficult to change screen out.
