Wouldn't be surprised if this car was a pain to own lol. But I would still lovee it. I'm in love with the looks of the 2012 Vantage. The fact it has a V12 is already insane. It having a manual transmission is wild. The sound is too good. Would love just going through the gears on a straight road.
It is NOT a pain to own at all. Very reliable, very fast, easy to drive and the sound is amazing.......I have a 2012 and a 2017........both manual models.....build quality is quite high with NO plastic inside anywhere......if it looks like leather or metal it is. High quality castings and no corners cut. Reliable engine has no bad habits and it goes like a scalded dog. I used to have Ferraris...including an F40.....these compare favorably.....just not as exotic and more useable.
How does it behave from a standstill on a hill, does it have any assists? I used to own a V8 vantage without assists, was a bit of a nightmare on hills especially in SF with traffic so packed.

Hey, there is no lows for these, a superb well made car.
caymanblack - are you an owner? Can you tell me more about your experience. Do you garage it? Have you experienced oxidisation
I’m not sure whether you like this or whether you’d have a 997. What would you say to that please?
Aston...another killer on maintaince and repair...beautiful car but cost of ownership is crazy when things go downhill...
Have you owned one then? Mine has been totally reliable.
@@caymanblack9567 He never had one I can almost guarantee you, both my V8 and V12 was very reliable.
