Hello there, where did you order these 5-whole hubs from? I want to put forks and rotors from a GSX-R too, but I want my wheels to be with rays not the manual ones.
Nice videos. Good information. Totally off subject- U had a dodge ram at one time. What size were those wheels and tires u put on that truck- also what suspension type. Thanks man
I really like this build. All top notch components and good forethought on what needs to happen. The 550s are in much need of a good front end. The engine is enough to have some fun and have a lot of character. Top that with good quality rear shocks and I think you'll have a great handling real cafe racer. Will you use an m-unit to run the electronics?
@@CZeroMedia glad you aren't a fan of the m-unit as well. The cost adds up fast on them. If you lean towards a clean rewire, take a look at this diagram I made: www.reddit.com/r/CafeRacers/comments/gfvdi6/ive_finished_a_complete_rewire_on_a_friends_cb500/ There's so much unnecessary old clutter on the stock one that just replacing the harness won't get you very far on making a simple clean build with everything tuck under the seat. Chime in if you have questions. Looking forward to the next episode.
I wasn't interested into Honda because in my country we always say that Honda is a old cat or the fastest in the opposite, but when I saw your videos then I thought Honda bikes are the best
I love my vintage JDM 1984 GSXR 400 Yoshimura.
you have some good taste in bikes, my 1951harley Davidson has engine problems. I am thinking of putting a newer engine on it, shud I?
Happy you're back on the Honda CB videos, keep them coming! Looks great.
Yes.... finally cb550 vids. Very happy to see you working in the bike again.
I loved the interjection of the doggo.🙆🏾♀️ Very useful tips 😊
great to see the Honda again!!
Looking great man, I'm starting a cafe racer build too and your videos are super helpful!
Damn this bike looks better than my future
Hello, welcome back.

Cognito Moto!
I'm seeing ebay rear shocks, are they basically oem shocks?

Thanks man. No m unit as that is totally unnecessary In my mind.

👌🏽
Would these forks work for a cb900c?
Yay! 550 content! Would the GSXR forks cause the old 70's frame to twist and turn in ways it wasn't engineered to do?
I don't think so. Unless you crash it 😂🤔
